The email states that a payment of $1,[redacted],[redacted].00 is ready to be disbursed through an ATM card or bank transfer once the notarial seal is processed. The notary public plays a crucial role in legal formalities and verifying documents. To proceed with the payment, personal information including first name, last name, gender, date of birth, contact address, nationality, state, zip code, mobile phone number, home phone number, and office phone number must be provided for verification.

I am experiencing issues with a transaction being declined for my monthly payment to Digitrader, an Australian company.
