I purchased boots that didn't fit, so I requested an exchange. I received an email confirming the exchange on December 1st. I sent the boots back on the 2nd, and another email showed they were shipped to UGG on December 7th. I'm still waiting for the boots I wanted in exchange, and it's been three weeks now. I've been a loyal customer of UGG for a few years and this is very disappointing to me.
