I bought the Adesanya vs. Costa PPV event and was mistakenly billed twice for the purchase. I can provide you with both order numbers to verify the duplicate charges of over $[redacted] Canadian. I am requesting a refund because the application was unavailable for 80% of the event, consequently, I couldn't even watch the fights. It's unreasonable to pay for something I couldn't access, let alone being charged twice for it. Despite reaching out via email to customer support, I have not received a response yet. The order numbers from my Apple receipt are "MVQQJJ592D" for $73.44 CAD and "MVQQJK2SVY" for the same amount. Right after acquiring the PPV, the app failed to load properly. I reopened it, checked my bank account, and realized the double charge before the app completely stopped functioning.

Several times, I have been frustrated because I could only watch the preliminary fights and missed the main event. The TV ads mentioned that the fights would be on ESPN+ and PPV, but they ended up only being on PPV. I believed that by subscribing to both ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass, I would have access to all the fights.
The fight times seem to change a lot, making it difficult to keep track of and watch the UFC matches. I am also confused about the Contenders series; it always seems unclear.

I live in France and I purchased a UFC Fight Pass to watch Nassourdine Imanov's fight last Saturday and Ciryl Gane's fight this Saturday, February 27th. However, these two fights are not being broadcast on the UFC Fight Pass, even though the UFC is organizing them. I don't understand why we can't watch the live events (only the prelims but not the main card). I would like to know how long it will take to see the replay of Ciryl Gane's fight. The fight is taking place this Saturday night on the paid channel RMC Sport, when will this fight be available on the UFC Fight Pass? Sunday morning immediately? Since I purchased the UFC Fight Pass, can I watch the fight on RMC Sport with a code?

Since Monday afternoon, whenever I click on a video link for the Mortal Combat preview on UFC Fight Pass, I have been bombarded with a steady stream of pop-ups from my BitDefender software. The pop-ups occur every few seconds, indicating that suspicious activity is being blocked on the website. This issue is persistent even after logging in, making it difficult to type in the search bar due to the continuous interruptions. The details of the connection show that chrome.exe is attempting to establish a connection with an unmatching security certificate for pa.wme.catchmedia.com. This situation is disrupting my experience as the pop-up covers about 10% of my screen. How can I resolve this issue and prevent these constant pop-ups that hinder my browsing?

The recent Rafael fight result is outrageous. It seems impossible that he won all three rounds, and the judges' scoring the fight 30/27 is clear evidence of a rigged system. It's disheartening to see that the promotion seems to favor fighters who bring in more money rather than those who genuinely deserve to win. This experience has left me unwilling to pay for any UFC products, and I will only watch free events going forward. The unjust decisions made in fights, seemingly to benefit future promotional opportunities, taint the integrity of the sport. Until these practices are rectified, I cannot support a company that seems to prioritize financial gain over fair competition.

Recently, I discovered that £59.88 has been debited annually from my bank account on October 14th without my authorization. The last transaction was identified as HTTPSUFC.TV with the card ending in [redacted] belonging to me, MR A M COULTOUS. I never authorized any recurring payments and did not set up a direct debit, so my details must have been stored without my consent. Unfortunately, I noticed that the app was removed, and the service relocated since then, making it impossible for me to use what I am being charged for. As a loyal UFC fan who attends fights and purchases pay-per-view events, I am surprised by this situation. I request a refund for all unauthorized payments made after the app cancellation and the deletion of my personal and bank information from your system. Please confirm completion via email.

I recently purchased a monthly fight pass to watch the Boston fight. I was disappointed when Nick Tejada's fight was not televised. Many of us who train with Nicki were expecting to see him on the main card. While UFC fight pass introduced all fighters at the beginning of the event, I was surprised that Nick's fight was missing. I usually don't complain, but if I had known he wouldn't be shown, I wouldn't have subscribed.
