My friend just arrived at Istanbul Airport from Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. Her next flight to Chicago is at 7:20 AM Turkish time. She may have had some issue with the Wi-Fi and hasn't informed the airport of her arrival. I'm concerned as this is her first international flight. Hello, My mum and sister are departing today from the Philippines to the United Kingdom with Turkish Airlines. Due to the new Omicron variant of Covid-19 and the rising cases in the UK, I have only booked a one-way ticket for them. I have been without my luggage for almost three weeks now after it didn't arrive at Miami Airport in Florida with me. My journey started in Albania, then to Turkey where bad weather caused a delay, leading me to my final destination in Miami two days later. Unfortunately, my luggage didn't make it with me and it's unclear if it flew on the same day or earlier. I missed my flight on December 5th due to a Covid test delay at the airport. Sadly, I was unable to make it in time, causing me to miss my flight to Kigali the next day due to a family emergency - my grandpa passed away. I had a disappointing experience with the airline service, suspecting some agents may be fraudulent. Hello Turkish Airlines, I want to share my experience from yesterday, 12/24/[redacted], when I was supposed to board Flight 12, a Boeing [redacted], from New York JFK International Airport to Abuja, Nigeria with a layover in Istanbul. Unfortunately, I couldn't fly due to COVID-19 regulations. After waiting at the airport all day and testing positive on my PCR test, I followed the airline's instructions promptly. During a trip to Frankfort with my father and son, we encountered a COVID restriction that affected our United flight from Turkey to Denver. Just a gate away from heading home on Christmas Day, a United agent directed us to Turkish Airlines to rebook our flight. We were assured that everything would be taken care of when we returned to Turkey. However, upon our return, we were informed that our ticket was closed without any prior notice. This unexpected turn of events has been a distressing experience. I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue.

Good morning, My mother has a Ticket (reservation RCHVZ7) that she had to cancel because she and my father got sick with Covid a few days before the trip and my father passed away. My sister-in-law traveled with Turkish Airlines from Iran to Heathrow on December 16, [redacted]. Her name is Mahbobeh Famili, her flight number was [redacted]. She is in her late seventies and needed a wheelchair. All her vaccines are current. Upon arrival in Turkey, she was taken somewhere and kept there from around 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., without any explanation. She wasn't offered any refreshments and was eventually put on a flight to Heathrow. When she reached Heathrow, her luggage went missing and was only returned to her after six days. She has a return ticket for January 16, [redacted], but she is anxious about flying with Turkish Airlines again after the way she was treated. I have been going through a tough time as my mother recently passed away, and her body was being transferred from Kuwait to be buried in Najaf. This situation led me to extend my stay in Iraq. I reached out to the online company through email to cancel my journey and request a refund for the return ticket, as my flight was scheduled for 4/11, but I did not get a response. My Turkish Airlines miles are set to expire on December 31, [redacted], and I need to book an award ticket. While trying to book a Star Alliance ticket that may be operated by airlines like Lufthansa or United, I selected my flight and entered my credit card details correctly. However, when trying to proceed with payment for the tax, the page did not offer a "continue" option or any way to move forward. This issue also persists on the mobile app recommended by Turkish Airlines' Helpdesk, which only provides award tickets for flights operated specifically by Turkish Airlines, requiring a connection through Istanbul.

Subject: Lost Apple Watch 6 on TK182 Istanbul-Cancun Flight Hello, I am reaching out regarding my missing personal item, an Apple Watch 6 in rose gold (40mm), lost during the flight from Istanbul to Cancun on January 27th-28th. I placed it in a small bag received from the attendant during the flight (see attached photo of the bag), which was mistakenly disposed of by a cleaning crew member while I was away. Hello, I am Omar J. I traveled from Seattle to Dakar on December 16, [redacted]. My original itinerary included flights AS17, TK186, and TK581. Due to a missed flight in Seattle, I was rerouted via Delta and Air France. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Dakar, two of my bags were missing. I reported this in Dakar with the file reference DSSAF18609/19DEC21/0014GMT. Although two of my bags were returned to me on December 27, [redacted], I discovered that my luggage was opened in Turkey. Items such as iPhones, iPads, Samsung Galaxy phones, Mac powder, BLEU de CHANEL perfume, and more were missing. I am baffled as to why my luggage was opened in Turkey when it never happened during transit in Seattle or Chicago. Additionally, I question why my electronics and personal items were confiscated. These items meet airline security standards. The baggage numbers for TK186 and TK581 were AS367613, AS367614, and AS367614. My Turkish Airline Confirmation Number is TA72VH, and my Alaska Airlines Confirmation Number is JTKGFG. I urgently need my belongings returned, especially since the Turkish Airport Security left a notice threatening destruction of my items if not claimed within 10 days. I am unable to return to Turkey to claim my belongings. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am requesting to cancel my tickets from Mexico to Ukraine. I want to mention that the purchase of these tickets was not voluntary; it was done under duress at the airport check-in counter. I had previously bought tickets from Kyiv to Mexico through Turkish Airlines and for the return trip from Mexico to Kyiv with a different airline.
