Dear Sir/Madam, I want to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent travels with a reservation under the number TRB5WS, TK [redacted] for Said Belfquih. My family and I were allowed to board at Nice airport with boarding passes for the NICE-ISTANBUL-NEW YORK route. Unfortunately, our journey was disrupted in Istanbul due to restrictions that prevented us from proceeding to New York, causing us to wait for over 6 hours without assistance. My wife, who suffers from Diabetes, was particularly affected as her medication was in our luggage bound for New York. It was unclear to us why we were permitted to fly from Nice but not from Istanbul. Despite having all necessary documents verified in Nice, we were informed in Istanbul that Turkish airline representatives in Nice had prevented our boarding to New York. We were eventually put on a return flight after 48 hours with a promise of a full refund amounting to EURO [redacted].24. As a loyal customer, I kindly request swift processing of the refund to salvage my disrupted vacation plans. I hope for a resolution to the issues caused by the officials at Nice airport. Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased two Turkish Airline tickets with booking number [redacted] from oppodo.de. On July 11, [redacted], when we wanted to return, Turkish Airline suddenly changed our flight to Anatole Jet in Iran and informed us that with the new airline, we were only allowed 20 kg of baggage instead of the 30 kg we had purchased. This led to a delay in paying for the 20 kg excess baggage, causing us to miss our flight and needing to buy new tickets. There was no Turkish Airlines representative available, and the staff was very rude. Additionally, my carpet frame was damaged when retrieving my luggage, costing over €[redacted]. I suffer from a herniated disc and still experience pain since that day, requiring further physiotherapy. Due to our damaged property, mistreatment by Turkish Airlines in Iran, causing physical and emotional harm, and violating our dignity, please review our case promptly as Austrian/EU citizens and compensate our losses. Hello Everyone, I am posting my complaint here in hopes of finding a solution before taking legal action. On June 17, [redacted], I purchased a round-trip flight ticket through the official Turkish Airlines mobile application. However, I received two tickets under the same name, Munjid Ali, with references SPU44S and U6EYQW, and I was charged [redacted].42 Euros for it. Despite trying to reach out to their offices in Vienna and Salzburg, I have not been able to get assistance. I visited their offices in Salzburg, Vienna, and Istanbul without success. When attempting to get a refund, I only received 62.21 Euros, which I believe is unfair as the mistake was not mine. The agent spoke quickly with a heavy accent, making it challenging to comprehend. He informed me that the ticket was non-refundable, although I did not see any such mention on my e-ticket. Upon requesting a voucher for the full amount, I received one for only $[redacted].45, which I found unacceptable. Despite my request to refund the cash back to my credit card, I was informed that it was against the policy. Consequently, Turkish Airlines retained $[redacted], leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome. Hello, During our recent flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv on TK [redacted], two families, including ours, experienced a distressing situation. Despite our prompt arrival at the gate, the airline staff proceeded to board the flight without waiting a mere two minutes for the other family to join us. This rushed departure occurred even though the plane departed well ahead of its scheduled time. Regrettably, the airline staff did not acknowledge their error nor offer the affected family complimentary seats on the next available flight. Consequently, the family had to return to Istanbul and purchase new tickets at a steep cost the following day, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We kindly request a refund for the tickets for our journey from Istanbul to Tel Aviv. Enclosed are the details of the two flight tickets for your reference. I arranged for a ticket, but the flight was canceled. I got an email with a link for a refund or rescheduling. When I clicked the link, I could choose between a bank card refund or an invoice. Initially, I selected a refund to my bank card but couldn't proceed due to missing personal details space. Then I opted for an invoice, added my name, and later switched back to a monetary refund. I received an email confirming the cancellation refund without mentioning the invoice and providing guidance in case of a credit card change. It's been more than 2 weeks, and I haven't received the money. Turkish Airlines' call center was unable to help, suggesting a visit to a local sales center. Their response was that I didn't select that refund option. How can I prove I didn't make a mistake with my selection? Who should I contact for assistance?

I recently made a flight reservation with Turkish Airlines online. When trying to enter my membership number, I received an error message stating it was incorrect despite copying it from a previous Turkish Airways email: TK[redacted]11. I am unsure if this was added to my account correctly. Additionally, when attempting to set a new password, I encountered difficulty inserting letters and numbers into the field. Furthermore, I have found the Turkish Airlines staff in Istanbul and their call center to be unfriendly compared to other airlines like Etihad or Qatar Airways. Perhaps it is cultural behavior, but it does not feel customer-friendly. I had a negative experience when contacting the headquarters as the woman abruptly ended the call without providing further assistance. The ground staff at the Istanbul international airport also struggle with English, which seems unusual for an international hub. On a positive note, the Turkish Airlines staff outside of Turkey, such as in Zurich, have been friendly and helpful, in stark contrast to the customer service in Istanbul.

I'm encountering an issue with a ticket I purchased from Turkish Airways. When I visited the sales office, there was a language barrier, but I clearly communicated that I wanted a round trip ticket from London to Manila with departure on December 27, [redacted], and return on January 22, [redacted] from London Heathrow. I paid using a traveler's check issued by Turkish Airways. After receiving the email confirmation and reviewing it around 2 am, I noticed that the ticket actually stated London Heathrow to Medina, Saudi Arabia instead of Manila. Hello, my name is Govhar Beydullayeva. I recently had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Baku to Istanbul and from Istanbul to Bucharest on August 8th. Upon arrival in Bucharest, myself and my three companions did not receive our baggage as expected. Although my companions have since received their belongings after submitting a missing baggage report in Iasi, Romania, my luggage has yet to be located. It seems strange that all four bags went missing together, but only three were recovered. I must mention that my baggage was under the name of my companion, Khanim Balajayeva, who unfortunately lost the baggage tag while receiving a new ticket. My bag is white, made of a sharp material, and features images such as Big Ben. I would appreciate a prompt response as my baggage holds significant importance to me.
