In [redacted], my rap duo and I released an EP under the name of ShadowX. Recently, I tried to reupload it, but encountered issues with TuneCore support. They are insisting that my name should have a space as "Shadow X" instead of "ShadowX," causing conflicting metadata with Pandora. Despite the EP being unavailable on Pandora, it displays my name as "Shadow X." I have always distributed my music under the name of ShadowX. This discrepancy is frustrating and TuneCore is now asking me to re-release it with the incorrect name or not at all, based on the Pandora data. I have also noticed a discrepancy with Spotify, displaying the correct name. The support I received seemed automated, and I am struggling to resolve this situation.

Two years ago, I released an EP under the rap name ShadowX with my duo KAOS, alongside my partner Leasion. After taking it down, I decided to reupload it. However, TuneCore is asserting conflicting metadata as they display the EP under "Shadow X" with a space, which is incorrect. Despite releasing the EP under "ShadowX," TuneCore insists on using the incorrect name to avoid being flagged. This discrepancy seems to stem from Pandora's mislabeling of my music onto the wrong page. Now, I am unable to distribute my music without using the erroneous name enforced by TuneCore. This situation feels unjust, and I seek assistance to rectify this naming issue.

Tunecore has blocked my account for weeks without providing clear information. This has caused me significant financial harm, and despite reaching out multiple times, I still do not have any answers. As a German customer, I have struggled to understand the situation, and every time I tried to raise concerns, my feedback was not taken seriously. I simply want clarification and to cancel my account to prevent further financial losses. I have attempted to file an official complaint with no success, as my requests have been ignored. I am asking for assistance to resolve this matter, close my account, and address any outstanding issues to safeguard my business. That's all I seek.

My registered email address with Tunecore is [[redacted]]. On the stated date, I tried to make a payment of [₹[redacted].95] through debit card payment. Unfortunately, both transactions failed, and the amount was deducted from my account. Despite checking my Tunecore account immediately, the payments did not appear in my transaction history. I'm having trouble with TuneCore not accepting my album artwork. I've listed other musicians along with my name before without any problems, but now they only respond via email with vague answers. I'm frustrated as I've successfully distributed multiple albums with them in the past. Despite upgrading to their "Professional Plan," I feel like I'm not getting the assistance I need. I've requested a call back but haven't received one yet. This situation is really frustrating for me.

I recently uploaded two songs for release through Tunecore. After the processing, I received an email at 1:30am titled "Album ID [redacted]; Content Removed." The email mentioned that TuneCore reserves the right to reject materials and has blocked my release from being available on the selected platforms. There was no indication of a violation or any issue with the release. I've been attempting to get clarification for two days now without any response.

They are not available on Amazon or Spotify, and I cannot find them in the shops. Why have my recent two singles not been sent to the shops and why are they not live? Three weeks ago, I activated my TuneCore account and uploaded songs from my YouTube channel. I selected revenue collection from YouTube, but received copyright claims on my videos by TuneCore. I've disputed the claims, but TuneCore upheld them. Now I can't collect revenue from my songs on YouTube. TuneCore states the tracks are ineligible for Content ID. I want the claims on my @loboismailmusic channel removed so I can manage monetization. The affected songs are "Diskotéky Lobo," "Ty Si Moja Láska," "Mesto," "Suzanna," "Let's Dance," and "Meniny" by Lobo Ismail. I am unable to access my TuneCore account as I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the associated email. The name of the artist on my account is Adrian Taylor, Bankhead. The albums on the account include "The Best of Adrian Taylor" from 2[redacted], "It's a New Beginning," "Unleashed," and the track "Dusty One." I reached out to TuneCore about an ongoing issue that has persisted for the past two years. My album was released tonight, and once again, my tracks failed to upload to TikTok. Last year, I had to wait over five months without receiving a clear explanation. When I asked, I was informed it was because I am not verified, which seems unrelated to TikTok's music upload policies, as you are aware. It is extremely disheartening that my music has not been uploaded for the second time. I am confused about the problem and would appreciate assistance in resolving it. This situation is distressing, and as an independent artist with limited resources, I trusted TuneCore and now feel let down. Two years of disappointment is too much. I hope and trust that you can help address and resolve this issue.

Hello, I go by the artist name Lazerpunk, and currently, I have 150k monthly listeners on Spotify with over 15 million streams. I am contemplating transferring my music catalog from my current distributor to Tunecore. Before proceeding, I would like to confirm if Tunecore allows my songs to be commercially available on Tiktok. Currently, my music is on Tiktok, but it is not commercially available. This restriction prevents me from promoting posts with my music, which is crucial for my promotional strategy on Tiktok.
