I paid Tunecore $39.99 on December 2, [redacted], to release music worldwide on January 8, [redacted]. However, the music was not released, and Tunecore has not responded to any of my emails regarding this issue.
The artist, sadly, passed away on November 18, [redacted]. With permission from the artist's mother, my record company tried to release the music, but it has not happened. The music, which is being donated to a charity, can only be purchased at futuredna.org/ezmay. I have been using Tunecore for over 15 years, and I am extremely disappointed with the current situation. Please help, as this is unacceptable.

My album had required changes to tracks 3, 11, 16, 17, 18, 21, 24, 28, and 36, all of which I updated. The newly uploaded tracks were successfully approved and the album is now on YouTube. However, the corrected songs are not displaying properly, as the original versions are still there instead of the updated ones. Additionally, the featured artists on the songs are not showing up on YouTube. Kindly check my account to ensure that the approved songs are correctly displayed on YouTube and in stores, as currently, the tracks are playing incorrectly based on the titles. Thank you.

Two weeks ago, it was supposed to be ready, but the links do not appear on my TuneCore account or on digital platforms. I also asked for an artist name change for some albums, which was successfully done, but they only show up with the new name on my TuneCore account. I was told they would be on all digital platforms within two weeks, but it has been three weeks and they are still not available on any platform. I have reached out to my bank's fraud department to recover the funds your company deducted. I am currently unemployed, and unfortunately, my son, who has mental challenges, made unauthorized online purchases using my card. The bank suggested I try to get a refund from Tunecore before involving the fraud department. I have a project called "Fresh off The Pound" scheduled to be released on July 1st with the UPC [redacted]10. The album should have had 14 songs but only 8 are showing up in my catalog. I suspect one of the artists, K. Buttons, registered some songs without permission. These songs, including "Neighborhood," "Fresh Off The Pound," "Keep in touch," "Tint," "Everyday," and "Walk with me," are on YouTube prematurely. I need these songs removed until the album release. The artist K. Buttons used a different UPC number for the project he tried to release. I want these songs back under my account as originally registered. Kevin Coleman should not have control over my music.

Despite trying to reset my password, the problem persists. I have not received any updates regarding my songs, except for a congratulatory message in January about artists collectively earning a significant amount of money. My business partner and I own a production company and have sent multiple emails and tickets to Tunecore support. Unfortunately, we have not received any response addressing the issues with our artist profiles. Despite having a new single and an upcoming album, the profiles are still incorrect on various platforms. This has been ongoing for almost two months and has been quite frustrating for us. When I called Tunecore, I was only redirected to another automated message asking to submit a ticket. We urgently need assistance and hope to have our problem resolved promptly. If this continues, we may consider moving our business to a different platform like Distrokid.

I own a track titled "Giant Killah" by Joell Ortiz featuring TheOfficialOD, Ekko & Franco Anthony. It was removed a few years ago. Recently, someone stole my song and released it through Empire/StarForce Music Group without permission. This unauthorized version must be removed promptly.
I tried to re-list my track about a week ago, but I'm disappointed with Tunecore's service. They have made it difficult for me, even suggesting I credit the robber who stole my song. This is unacceptable.

I shared a video two years ago featuring a song I composed for my wife. The backing tracks were sourced from a free site nearly three years back. Recently, I felt the guitar tones were off, so I re-recorded rhythm and lead guitar tracks, remixed, remastered, and updated the video. Surprisingly, TuneCore issued a copyright claim, starting at 34 seconds and ending at 4:22, missing a significant part of the song. As I performed all aspects of creating the song myself - writing lyrics, playing guitar, and singing - the claim's validity is debatable. Hello, I am a Chilean musician who recently subscribed to your site to distribute my music, specifically a single. Following the steps provided, I encountered a delay with the cover art issue, which I managed to resolve by early August. After completing the necessary steps for registration, I was initially given a release date around August 19. However, upon checking, it was postponed to a week later. While making minor adjustments to the track, the core of the song remained unchanged. Despite assuming slight alterations wouldn't affect the release date significantly, it has been continually postponed to September. The original release date was rescheduled multiple times to August 25, then to September 3, further to September 13, and now to September 20. This prolonged wait, starting from my June 7 subscription fee payment, extends to almost 2.5 months, which seems excessive compared to other services that usually take a week or two. I urge for a more efficient review process given that any modifications could lead to further delays. I have been a Tunecore user for 8 years and I am concerned about the recent email regarding social change and climate issues. The survey with yes and no questions oversimplifies complex topics as opinions can vary across different aspects. Additionally, describing the survey as "incognito" while sending it through personal emails raises concerns about privacy and intentions behind collecting this data. I believe personal opinions should be kept separate from the platform, and money paid for music distribution should not be diverted to unrelated causes. I recommend creating a separate organization specifically for addressing these matters and allowing customers to donate if they choose to support those causes.
