I am a loyal customer at Tully's Nishikamata branch and I usually visit early on Wednesdays. Today, I had my regular coffee and sandwich. The store manager served me my coffee. After finishing quickly, I returned my dishes to the cleanup counter to make space for my laptop. I had to clean the dirty glass partition in front of me with alcohol and tissue as the staff didn't attend to it. When the store manager questioned if I had ordered, implying I needed to order to stay, I found this approach rude, especially after having my meal. I believe better management practices should be implemented to enhance the customer experience.
