I recently applied and got approved for the ACP program, which was supposed to provide me with unlimited data, talk, and text. After calling and giving my application approval ID number, I was told everything was set up correctly. However, now I have zero data. As a survivor of domestic violence who recently left my abuser, having internet access at all times is crucial for my safety and well-being. I have been on hold for an hour trying to resolve this issue, and I am unsure of what steps to take to get it fixed.

My phone, a cloud phone purchased from your company, has unfortunately stopped functioning due to water damage. I have discovered an extra SIM card in the paperwork provided with the phone. I am curious if it is possible to insert this SIM card into my Android tablet to activate it for use. Currently traveling in Texas, I am unable to receive a replacement phone from you in California. I kindly request that a phone be sent to my current location promptly before my upcoming trip. While still on vacation and not returning to California immediately, I am interested in turning my tablet into a device capable of both calls and internet use. Additionally, I would like to inquire about transferring my phone number from my unsatisfactory T-Mobile account to my tablet using the spare SIM card. Encountering difficulties with logging in under my [redacted] account, I seek assistance in ensuring the accuracy of my username, email address, and password. Any help with resolving this login issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm unsure if my previous message was received. My cloud phone is damaged, so I am considering transferring my SIM card from the phone to my Android tablet. Can the SIM work in the tablet for calls? Also, can I switch my T-Mobile number to the tablet and use it as my primary phone? The number on my Two Connect account is [redacted]. I'm traveling and won't return to California for some time, so sending a replacement there isn't ideal. Perhaps, sending it to my current location in Texas would be better. If not, I'll attempt to utilize the tablet. Could you assist me with logging in using my email and password? Due to a neurological condition affecting my memory and speech, I often forget login details. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I received my TruConnect Cloud mobile phone with the TruConnect SIM card for my free treatment service through the ACP program. Unfortunately, my Cloud mobile phone broke, and water got into it. I managed to remove the SIM card and insert it into my Galaxy [redacted] phone. However, I forgot my username and password due to my memory neurological disorder. Can you assist me in setting up a new account and activating the SIM card on my Galaxy phone for continued service? Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble with my cloud phone that came with my two Connect SIM card and free service. Unfortunately, it is broken, so I transferred the SIM card to my Galaxy A13 phone. I would like to activate the SIM card, but I cannot remember my username and password for the account. I only know my phone number. Due to a neurological issue causing memory problems, I am struggling to figure it out. I accidentally dropped and damaged the cloud phone that was sent with my two connected SIM cards. I removed one of the SIM cards from the back of the phone and inserted it into my Galaxy 8 13 phone. Unfortunately, I can't recall the username or password associated with it. I need assistance in retrieving this information and activating the SIM card to restore my services. I believe I will need to speak with an agent for help or obtain a 24/7 customer service phone number.

I am currently using True Connect Mobile's free service assistance line with an unlimited data talk text plan. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my phone into a creek during an outing and had to purchase a $[redacted] Motorola Moto G Play through T-Mobile as a replacement. I am experiencing difficulty with my SIM card being locked and not working in my T-Mobile cellular device. I need the correct APN settings and not generic online suggestions. I had a fine experience with my Apple iPhone 11 until I updated to iOS 17. After the update, my internet stopped working. I suspect it's due to the APN settings. Despite my efforts, the phone won't allow me to modify the APNs. I have been troubleshooting this for a while without success. Without internet, my phone feels useless, as it is essential to my daily life.

I recently had my phone disconnected by TruConnect. I had been approved for ACP and got internet service with Xfinity for my home. However, as soon as I paid to reinstate my internet connection with Xfinity, my phone connection with TruConnect was cut off. An ACP representative mentioned I could keep TruConnect for lifeline purposes while having ACP with Xfinity. I am now unable to make or receive calls but can still receive text messages. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I am requesting a thorough review of my application and qualifications for enrollment in the government phone program. It seems there is an issue with my approval despite meeting the necessary criteria. Firstly, I receive government assistance through medicaid and link, which I believe should be sufficient for approval. I am aware of others who have been approved without such obstacles. I recently paid $12 for an upgrade but haven't received the faster internet as promised. Despite the charge on my card, my internet speed remains slow four hours later. I expected the upgrade to be immediate, but I haven't seen any changes on my phone yet. I can't reach customer service as they are closed, which is frustrating. I suggest the company provide 24-hour support or address this issue promptly. I would appreciate at least a month of free upgrade to make up for this inconvenience. I am disappointed not to have access to the high-speed data I paid for and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
