I lost my TruConnect phone and replaced it with a different one, but I need the call history, voicemail, and text history from my lost phone. I was told it would cost $5 and take 24-48 hours. I paid the fee, but it's been a week now, and every time I inquire, I'm asked to wait another 24-48 hours. This is crucial to me because during the time my phone was lost, a dear friend sadly passed away, and I need to check if she tried to contact me. I am desperate to find out.

My phone was recently stolen, and I just got it back almost a week ago. I haven't been able to enjoy it fully yet. Hello, my name is Y.B.Y. I hope you are well. I recently acquired a TruConnect phone and SIM card, but I had an existing account with Q Link Wireless. Unfortunately, my Motorola Stylus G phone from Metro by T-Mobile cannot be unlocked or transferred to TruConnect, so I had Q Link deactivate my account. Now, I would like to transfer my Affordable Connectivity benefits to TruConnect, as I was already eligible for it. I received the C7 phone on Friday. I have the email confirming Q Link deactivated my account. How can I recertify the C7 phone with TruConnect? Thank you for your assistance.

My phone was almost fully charged, so I placed it on the charger to reach [redacted]%. When I tried to use it afterward, it wouldn't turn on at all. I have serious heart issues and COPD, so having a phone is crucial for emergencies. This borrowed phone is my only means of contact. Unfortunately, I don't have an email to reach you. I enrolled in the TruConnect Lifeline program, but my phone was delivered to a temporary address I no longer have access to due to family issues. The residents who received the phone are not willing to help. I would appreciate assistance in reporting this issue and receiving the approved services. Thank you.

I had my phone number active with my provider while waiting for the SIM card to transfer my number. I made a mistake by swapping the SIM cards between my phone and hotspot. I was waiting for a message requesting my pin number but then realized my error. I removed the SIM card from the hotspot and inserted it back into my phone to transfer the phone number.

I misplaced my phone at work on our property and have been unable to locate it. I remember having it in my back pocket while carrying firewood. Despite searching extensively, including using Google's Find My Phone feature that last tracked it to the property, I have not been able to find it. I am unable to use my Cloud Phone account since just a few days after receiving it. Despite reaching out via email, chat, and speaking with representatives twice, the issue remains unresolved. I am unable to access my online account as it does not recognize my phone number. After experiencing this problem for about two months with no solution in sight, I am considering cancelling my service due to the lack of responses and support from the company. My frustration has reached a point where I am contemplating sharing my negative experience online and contacting the BBB. I would appreciate a prompt response to rectify this situation. Hello, I need assistance transferring my number to TruConnect. Below is the information needed for the transfer: From Consumer Cellular, the account number is [redacted] and the plan number is [redacted]. My number to transfer is [redacted]. Unfortunately, the provided number did not help with transferring. Consumer Cellular will only turn off my service once TruConnect contacts them with the necessary information. I am attempting to retrieve my voicemail messages through my landline. I have experienced issues with the new phone provided as it was faulty from the beginning. Despite my efforts to have it replaced, it eventually stopped working altogether, and now there are charges associated with it. Unfortunately, the suggested methods of accessing voicemail by calling my number and pressing * as well as dialing 1-[redacted] have not been successful. I am frustrated with this company as they are not willing to remove me from their plan so I can switch to a new government phone service.

Approximately four months ago, I applied to bring my own phone to the service. They sent me a SIM card, but when I tried to activate it, it didn't work. After a frustrating experience with customer service, where I got disconnected and then was promised a new SIM card that was never sent, I still couldn't get my phone number transferred. Despite being told my phone would be compatible, the latest customer service representative claimed the issue was with my phone. I've been trying for months to get this resolved as I've had the same phone number for over 20 years and desperately want to keep it. I am requesting a free phone and a SIM card with my old number, but the assistance I've received has been inadequate. I am experiencing some confusion regarding my account. I received a free government phone by mail, but it cracked within the first week. I visited a Cricket store to get a replacement and suspect that my SIM card was swapped as my name isn't Jessica. When I contacted Cricket customer service, I was addressed as Jessica. The representative advised me to reach out to TruConnect, but I am puzzled because I got a Cricket phone, not a TruConnect device. This situation has left me quite perplexed.

I am in the process of transferring to TruConnect. Previously, I was with Assurance Wireless, but my phone was stolen. When attempting to switch to Q Link, I encountered an issue as my only other phone is network locked by Tracfone, which was purchased brand new with this limitation, resulting in the Q Link SIM card not working. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a compatible SIM card and phone from TruConnect. Despite the system's assumption that I am trying to set up multiple lines, I am only looking to establish one line with one service. I am eligible for the transfer and simply need support to make the switch. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My phone keeps turning on and off while not charging, making it impossible for me to use it. I visited the Boost store where a Shell representative works, but she refused to assist me, suggesting I should recognize the person who sold me the phone. This is difficult as there are many employees at the store. I suspect she is reluctant to help because she may have limited stock to replace phones. I urgently require a call back at [redacted]. I received a SIM card from True Connect in the mail, but I'm unsure what to do with it since I don't have a phone to insert it into. They mentioned I need to cancel my ACP application to obtain a phone, but I believe that's not a good solution. I am frequently informed that I already have Lifeline phones, also known as Obama phones, but none of them have functioned correctly in the past. If True Connect is similar to an Obama phone, I may not be interested. Free services are only beneficial if they perform as well as paid ones.
