Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a frying pan I received as a gift from Bed Bath and Beyond. The set in question is the Emeril™ Essential Nonstick Hard Anodized 11-Piece Cookware Set. Specifically, the 3 qt. deep saute pan has warped significantly, unlike the other pieces in the set. I attempted to exchange the pan at BB&B, but they were unable to assist me and suggested I contact you directly. I am hopeful that you can provide a replacement for this pan as I am thrilled with the set overall, but disappointed by this particular flaw that has occurred shortly after purchase. I recently purchased the Copper Chef Titan Pan. While the first payment of 54.45 was successfully processed, the subsequent two payments of 44.99 were declined. Upon contacting customer support, I was directed to corporate customer support and informed that the remaining balance of 89.98 could only be paid by check or money order. Following the provided address, I sent a check back in February, yet there has been no update reflected in my bank account. I have also engaged with a collection agency from Farmingdale NY, submitting proof of my payment via certified mail as requested. As my purchase has been fully settled, I urge the company to resolve this matter promptly.
