I recently stayed at Travel Lodge Liverpool Street and had a great experience as the place was very clean. However, my experience at Travel Lodge Lampton Rd in Hounslow was a bit different. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, but I faced some issues with the cleaning staff. I asked them to clean my room while I was out, but unfortunately, when I returned, I noticed the room was not properly cleaned. The bin was not emptied, my lipstick was still on the cup from the previous day, and the room was not hoovered. Despite staying for several nights, it seemed like they had not cleaned properly. I had to go back to the reception to inquire about this as I had not been marked as having my room cleaned. It was disappointing not to have clean bedding or a properly cleaned room during my stay.

I am requesting a refund for a booking made on July 1, [redacted], for one night on August 27. The reservation was canceled in an attempt to receive a refund. The Guest Reservations website did not clearly display the final cost until after confirmation. Guest Reservations informed me they tried to secure a refund, but Travelodge declined. I would like clarification on this matter and to understand why $[redacted].15 of my money was not returned when no services were rendered. The advertisement displayed 3 rooms at $86 each, which increased to $[redacted] each during the booking process before Guest Reservations added their fees. Travelodge claims the issue is between me and Guest Reservations, while Guest Reservations is placing blame on Travelodge. Thank you, S. Haller

I had a confirmed booking for the 23rd of October. Later, I attempted to extend the check-out time and discovered that the booking was mistakenly made for the 22nd of October, costing me £49.99. Once I realized this error, I promptly cancelled the booking for the 22nd of October, but I have yet to receive a refund. Due to needing to stay in Barrow in Furness for a CT scan regarding the possibility of lung cancer, the nearly £50 that I lost is a significant amount. I believe this was an honest mistake that was rectified within an hour or so, and I request a refund as a result. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
