I adore shopping at Travel for Supply, but I do wish to share a concern. In the past, the store offered fantastic tee shirts with fun sayings like "Country Life is Better," "Front Porch Guests Are Best," and "Don't Give Me Your Attitude I Have My Own." These were my favorites, and I purchased all of my tee shirts from your store. Lately, all I see are tee shirts with the Tractor Supply logo. I truly miss the unique designs your previous buyer used to curate. Will you be bringing back the old style tee shirts? If not, do you happen to have any of the previous designs left in a warehouse that I could purchase?

I would like to share my recent experience at your Bedford, VA store. I placed an online order for 4 bags of Miracle-Gro potting soil, 2 cubic feet each, for curbside pickup due to my disability. Unfortunately, I received 1 cubic foot bags instead of the 2 cubic feet bags I ordered. Upon returning to the store to exchange the items, I was informed that there were no 2 cubic feet bags available. They offered to give me 4 more 1 cubic foot bags but charged me an additional $19.97. I believe this is poor customer service and would like a refund of the $19.97. I followed all the correct procedures and did not make any mistakes in this situation at all.

I recently visited the Cottonwood store to purchase some grain, but unfortunately, it was "doggie day" and one of the aisles was congested with dogs, some even leaving messes on the floor. Despite the chaos, I managed to navigate through only to be obstructed by three women setting up and blocking the main aisle. This event should be held outdoors to avoid inconveniencing customers like me who have been loyal patrons since your opening. I observed another customer facing similar rudeness from the dog owners. Not only is this a sanitation concern, but it is also highly disrespectful to customers in need of grain. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. - Sincerely, Don Moore.
