Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address the ongoing issue with the auto debit of my monthly amortization from my BDO account. Despite sending five copies of the application and coordinating with BDO Binan branch directly, there seems to be a disconnect as BDO claims they have not received any request from your department. I have diligently corresponded via email using my company email account, but keep receiving messages indicating that the request is being processed. However, I recently received a letter from your team stating that I failed to follow the agreement made during the car loan application, which is not accurate. I have followed the advice of your agent to pay over the counter while the auto-debit request is being sorted out, with the assurance that no penalties would be incurred. Yet, I am now being informed of penalties through email. This miscommunication is frustrating, and I urge your company to address this promptly. I have attached a series of emails for your reference. Your immediate response is appreciated. Best regards, Mr/Mrs. T.

I encountered an issue when I sent my car for servicing at Toyota Service Centre Senawang on August 8, [redacted]. I made the payment using a debit card, but they charged me twice due to a problem with their system. Despite informing them about the double charge, the matter remains unresolved. I am considering filing a police report if this is not addressed promptly. I hope this matter can be resolved before I escalate it further. The amount in question is minimal for Toyota Service. It is not ideal for such an established company to let this minor issue escalate. The total amount is only RM [redacted].50.

I have recently been reported as delinquent on my credit report twice due to missed payments. This happened last month and again this month, causing a drop of 22 points in my credit score. The company fixed it the last time, but it has occurred again. I am concerned and want this issue to be resolved to prevent further occurrences. If this persists, I will seek legal advice from a consumer attorney. I would appreciate a call to address this matter promptly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding late payments on my aUri loan account that were reported on various dates in [redacted] and [redacted]. Due to Covid-19 impacting my work, I fell behind on my payments during that time. However, I have since resumed steady employment and have successfully paid off the loan in full with a perfect record of on-time payments. I am now looking to apply for a mortgage as a first-time homebuyer, and I am concerned that these previous late payments may hinder my chances of approval. I firmly believe that these instances do not reflect my creditworthiness or dedication to meeting my financial responsibilities. I kindly request a goodwill adjustment to have these late payments removed from my credit report. Thank you for reviewing my request, and I hope for a positive outcome. Sincerely, Robert Tremble

My car was stolen while I was out of town during Hurricane Laura, and unfortunately, my insurance did not cover the cost. I want to begin making payments on the car that I no longer possess. The phone I used for that account was in the car, and I have lost access to that number and email. My new email is [redacted] Could I please get the necessary information to log in and start making payments on the [redacted] Toyota Corolla? My name is Bobbie Jo Menard, residing at [redacted] Florence Circle, Lake Charles, LA [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I am Wendy Mathews. I financed a car through Toyota Financial, but the vehicle got stolen. I have two police report numbers. Surprisingly, it shows on my credit as surrendered which is incorrect. The car was taken to Greens Towing in Hampstead, MD. I am planning to reach out to the BBB and the Attorney General’s office if this issue is not resolved promptly. I am in the process of purchasing a home, and this is affecting my credit negatively, hindering my ability to provide a home for my family. I kindly request this matter to be resolved at the earliest to rectify my credit report. The car was a white Scion TC. I am uncertain of the necessary steps to take next, as I no longer possess the vehicle. Wendy Mathews.

I have a [redacted] Toyota Tacoma currently on a second lease extension. I reached out on Tuesday to discuss my options as I am interested in purchasing the truck. You can verify my call history with TFS over the last 9 months. This Tuesday was the FIRST time I was informed that I could have requested a transfer of the lease to my son, which has been my goal. The employee mentioned the option, and I expressed my interest in it. Unfortunately, I was then told I had missed the window to proceed with the transfer. I kindly request an extension considering my circumstances. At 72 years old and living in CT while my truck is in Austin, TX with my son, my two recent shoulder surgeries have altered my plans to move. My wish is to transfer the lease to my son so he can buy the truck. Thank you for your assistance. Cell: [redacted] MP Maki

Hello, I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent experience with Toyota Financial Services. I purchased a Toyota Camry [redacted] with the VIN ending in PU776621 and made a $6,[redacted] down payment. I paid my first installment of $[redacted].50 on April 2, [redacted]. Due to my plans to return to my home country, I arranged to surrender the car to the nearest Toyota Dealer (Toyota Keyes, Van Nuys, CA) on April 27, [redacted], which was received by Jason Ohara. Despite agreeing not to debit my checking account on May 2, [redacted], Toyota Financial Services did so. Furthermore, they debited my account again on June 2, [redacted], for $[redacted].50 without authorization. I am extremely frustrated and demand the immediate return of my money. I have faced difficulties reaching your office, enduring long hold times with no resolution. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

Two years ago, I purchased a [redacted] Ford Escape from Toyota. Unfortunately, my car has broken down. The service contract will cover some of the repair costs, but I have been informed that the total cost could be $1,[redacted]. I am currently exploring my options, including possibly trading it in for another vehicle. I am in a tight spot right now as I cannot afford both the repairs and the car payment. I initially bought a newer car to ensure I had a reliable vehicle, and it's frustrating to be without one now.
