I am unsure about the amount due on my July bill as I have misplaced the paper bill I received. Additionally, I missed the latest payment. I got a phone message indicating my bill is overdue along with the amount owed, but I couldn't note it down before the message ended. Unfortunately, I can't access my account online as it requires the amount from the previous bill, which is what I'm trying to find out. When I attempted to call, navigating through the automated options was challenging, and even after choosing the right prompts, I was informed of a long wait time.
