I am curious about the high percentage of males on your dating sites, leaving a small percentage for us men. This imbalance was not made clear in your advertisement. It seems like false advertising, leading men to hope for a chance when the odds are nearly impossible. The fact that many dating sites are run by women raises suspicions. After using Tinder and Bumble for months with no success despite swiping right regularly, it feels like more than a coincidence.

I have been experiencing a persistent issue for a few days now. Each time I swipe left or right, the likes do not seem to register. I have noticed that they reset whenever I close and reopen the app. This problem persists even when I refresh the page on both mobile and desktop browsers, despite having a strong internet connection. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, as well as adjusting my VPN settings. Recently, I even attempted to use Tinder Platinum to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it did not help. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide at your earliest convenience.

Hello, my account got banned from Tinder. I mistakenly identified myself as female when I am actually male. I did this to view other male profiles and improve my own. My intention was to browse briefly and then delete the account. I have been using Tinder for 2 years and even met my ex on the app. I enjoy using the app and believe the ban was undeserved. I've been having trouble swiping and forming connections on Tinder for the past few months. It seems like my messages aren't being seen by the couples I match with. Hello, I recently discovered that my Tinder account has been banned. This happened shortly after I created a new account pretending to be a female, although I am not, in order to see how other male accounts in my area are set up. I suspect the ban occurred because I may have created too many accounts, leading the app to mistake me for a bot. Now, whenever I attempt to create a new account using my phone number, it gets banned immediately. I have been a respectful and active user of Tinder for two years without any prior issues or bans until now. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further. It asked for me to bite my lip, which I didn't take seriously. I submitted photos just after waking up, smiling, and with closed eyes. I have a concern about possible racism in the app. Recently, I downloaded the app but never had time to complete it until today. When I tried to finish, I was surprised to see that my account had been banned without any explanation. I used the app a few years ago, then deleted it, and now I wonder why I am being treated this way. I would appreciate further clarification on why my account was banned, as I am not aware of any inappropriate actions on my part. I attempted to log in to Tinder on my desktop, but I lost access to the email linked to my account. Using my Android app, I updated the email, received the verification link, and clicked on it, but it only sent me to the Tinder homepage. Despite receiving the verification confirmation email, the app didn't show that the email was verified. When trying to log in on my desktop with the old phone number and new email, I was directed to create a new account. Subsequently, my phone also got logged out. I am unable to access my old Tinder account; each login attempt leads to the new account creation page. I had a Tinder Gold subscription and would like to retrieve my previous matches.

I am facing issues logging into Tinder on my desktop after changing my email linked to my account via the Android app. Despite receiving a verification email and clicking on the link, it only redirects me to the Tinder homepage. The app doesn't reflect the email verification status either. When attempting to log in on my desktop with my old phone number and updated email, it prompts me to create a new account. Even after trying to log in using my email through Gmail, the problem persists. I previously had a Tinder Gold subscription and would like to restore my previous matches. Hello, I am having trouble updating my phone number on my Tinder account after changing it recently. I can log in through the website, but the app is asking for a verification code to be sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I have confirmed with my phone company that the issue is not on their end. My son got banned from Tinder, and he's not sure why. Being a college student, Tinder is a popular way to connect and start dating at his college. He's been traveling this summer, so that might have triggered it, but it's frustrating that banned members don't seem to get a fair review, and there are no second chances. The automated responses don't address his concerns, and the ban is permanent. While I understand the need for caution on such platforms, these swift bans with no chance for appeal can impact our children's emotional well-being. I got logged out of my Tinder account, and when I tried to log back in, I couldn't access the original email I used to sign up. I tried a different email, and it created a new account instead of logging me back into my original one. If I can get into my original email, will I be able to access my original account? I have premium features and power boosts on that account but can't log in. I'm getting notifications about my matches and messages, but whenever I click on them, it prompts me to sign in.
