I signed up for the preferred data plan, which included a certain amount of GB. Initially, the plan seemed to be the best fit for me, and I was assured that it was unlikely for me to go over the limit. However, I started receiving unexpected one-time monthly data charges that often exceeded my bill by up to ten times. Two months ago, I decided to cancel the service due to these issues. Despite cancelling, I keep receiving bills with additional charges like activation and installation fees. The final bill I received shows an amount owed of $*.** for partial month services, and ongoing charges of $***.** are causing concern. I fear these unresolved charges may affect my credit score negatively. Any advice or guidance on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty syncing my Roadrunner email on Windows 10 as it states my account settings are not current. Although I believed I knew my password, I was unable to login when I tried. Upon selecting the "I can't remember my password" option, I was prompted with a security question from years ago which I cannot recall the answer to: "Who is your favorite music group?" Despite attempting multiple potential answers, I have had no success. Everything was functioning properly on my Windows 10 laptop until a few days ago, and I am unsure why it suddenly requires an update. I require assistance in setting a new security question and obtaining a new password. This situation is quite frustrating. I will also need to make these changes on my iPhone and iPad, although they are currently receiving emails correctly on these devices. - Joy DeLong

I am experiencing issues with the channels on the second incoming line at my service address, [redacted] Dwight Way, San Bernardino, CA 92[redacted]. While the living room line works fine, the channels in our studio are not functioning properly. Specifically, we were unable to watch the Time Warner Cable Harold Lloyd silent film "SAFETY LAST" at 10:30 this morning as the channel displayed an error message and did not play the film. Despite contacting customer service about this problem, it has not been resolved. As loyal viewers, we enjoy a variety of programs on your network, including shows like "Murder She Wrote," "Hart to Hart," "Diagnosis Murder," and other mystery programs. We also listen to music on MUSIC CHOICE throughout the day, particularly enjoying Dan Troxell's piano music. However, missing out on the movie channels' programming is disappointing to us, especially the LIVE FROM TCM MOVIE CHANNEL broadcasts that we eagerly anticipate. We pay for this service and hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you, Paul E. Kealy

Yesterday, we contacted "Melissa" in Orlando, FL to change our outgoing message as our last name is mispronounced by the automated voice. We requested the message to say Peter P. instead of Pecor. After confirming the change, today we discovered that the message now reads PECKOR. We are extremely upset by this error and unhappy with the service. We expect this to be rectified immediately to reflect Peter P. accurately. If not resolved today, we are considering canceling our services with Time Warner and switching back to Frontier. Since the installation of a new modem, I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my email service. Previously, I used Incredimail with Roadrunner (Spectrum) for several years. With this setup, messages would come in through Roadrunner and be directed to Incredimail. After Incredimail became obsolete, I can no longer access or forward emails as they're now being routed back to Incredimail instead of staying in Roadrunner. Moreover, I have to frequently reboot my PC because of difficulties sending emails, like the current situation where messages are unable to be accessed. These problems only started after the new modem was installed, yet there seems to be no improvement in speed or overall functionality.

Today, while selling my Christmas decorations in front of your property at w59 and Columbus, I was approached by a plainclothed security member. They informed me that I had to leave as the sidewalk was not considered public. Despite requesting the NYPD, I was still asked to depart. I am willing to be arrested for trespassing on a public sidewalk in NYC, as I believe I was unjustly treated. I have video evidence of the incident and will escalate it to local news if not addressed with an apology. It is disappointing to be chased away from what I perceive to be public space in front of your establishment. It caused unnecessary embarrassment and inconvenience. I urge for a prompt resolution and clarification on public access to your premises.

I am having an issue with the physical cable that runs along the street side of my property at [redacted] James Street in Boerne, TX [redacted]. The cable is hanging so low that I can reach it with my hand. It obstructs my driveway, and my neighbor had to place a plank underneath to lift it so I can access my property. This problem has persisted for the 20 years I have lived here. Your technicians have mentioned that these cables are not connected to anything, and I have also contacted the City of Boerne utilities, who informed me that they have instructed your company to remove cables from old utility poles that are no longer in use. My emails haven't been working since Friday. A square box keeps popping up, asking for my username and password. I've tried entering them over 20 times with every password I've used before. When attempting to change the password, it claims it's not in their records. Although I moved and changed boxes two months ago, I was still receiving emails without any issues. We've had this email account for about 20 years. How can we reset our emails? This problem is causing us to lose business. Do I need to contact the ombudsman to address this issue?

I contacted about a cable line hanging dangerously low across my yard. Although I'm not a customer, I was informed by another cable company that it belongs to Time Warner. After reporting this safety hazard, a service representative assured me they would investigate. A technician contacted me afterward, but I didn't catch their name or number. I am awaiting updates on the situation.
