Over 28 days have passed, and I kindly request your help with the return. Missing the parcel collection twice due to poor signal in my room has caused delays. Unfortunately, my folder was stolen, leading to the loss of essential documents and further delays. I have attached the crime reference for your reference. Despite the setbacks, I am a loyal customer who frequents your website. I aim to return these items along with my most recent order 1511Z3VWR1901H.
