I attempted to e-file my taxes, but they got rejected due to a missing IP pin. I then printed and mailed them in, but forgot to sign the forms. After they were returned to me, I signed and resubmitted them. It has been over a month now, and I am unable to track any information regarding my taxes or refund. I am puzzled about the necessity of an IP pin as I have never faced identity theft problems. I have been patiently waiting for my refund but have not received any updates.

I recently changed my address with the Post Office on 6/10/23, but they have no record of it. I received a notification from USPS Informed Delivery that my refund check was sent to my old address. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with USPS but got no resolution, just a suggestion to contact the IRS and others where I might receive mail. The Postmaster said government mail isn't forwarded. I am hoping for a call back within 33 minutes as promised. Thank you for any help in resolving this issue. - Jami M.

I filed my taxes with H&R Block on January 31st. The IRS accepted it right away, but later on February 24th, they asked me to verify my identity, which I did by the 28th. However, I have yet to receive my refund. I've been in touch with both the IRS and H&R Block representatives, trying to resolve the issue. It has been six months now, and I have been given various reasons, none of which seem to be accurate.

I completed an SS4 form for my EIN as ZenBusiness was doing the same. They now think that the business my partner and I formed is another one with the same name, which is inaccurate. It's the same company; I just wanted to speed up the EIN issuance to open a bank account. The IRS now says it will take 6-8 weeks to resolve. I think speaking with a manager could quickly resolve this confusion so we can focus on more pressing matters. I am confident that a conversation with a manager can expedite the process. Thank you!

Several months ago, I filed my taxes using TurboTax while out of town. Due to not using TurboTax in recent years, I had to file by paper as I didn't have a copy of my [redacted] return. I printed and sent in all the paperwork to the IRS but have not received any updates on the status of my return. I am unsure why there has been a delay and when I can expect to receive it. I understand that paper filings may take longer, but I would appreciate some clarity on the situation.

I used the TurboTax app to file my tax return. Although my federal refund was accepted, my state refund was rejected. I am still trying to contact the IRS regarding this issue. However, I faced another problem when I tried to have my refund direct deposited into my Credit Karma account. I was unable to activate my account due to the delay in the funds being added. This led to me not being able to access their services. Now, I need to resolve two issues: Why my state refund was rejected and how to have my refund sent to my active bank account instead. I hope for a quick resolution to these problems so I can receive my refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

Two years ago, I was informed about potential issues with business deductions claimed in 2[redacted]. I have a late fee with a collection agency, and I recently received letters from both the IRS and the collection agency regarding this matter. The LLC that I entrusted to file my taxes for [redacted] asserts they sent an abatement form last summer to repeal the late fee. In March [redacted], I filed an amended tax return. Despite the IRS claiming they mailed out my check, I have not received it. The initial check I was supposed to get on June 3rd never arrived. After contacting them multiple times, they assured me another check was sent and should arrive by July 21, [redacted]. Seeking assistance from an IRS agent for my girlfriend of over 12 years. She filed early for her social security and has been receiving about $[redacted] a month for almost three years now. When we inquired at the local Social Security office about the low monthly amount, they mentioned she has no record of paying any funds to the government despite having worked her entire life. I am located at [redacted] CR [redacted] in AL. Our community is currently facing challenges with corruption involving the U.S.M.S. PD and Sheriff related to child trafficking. Tragically, my sister Donna L. Gillis, an elementary school teacher and devoted Christian, was murdered on November 20, [redacted]. There have been 56 reported cases of rape and 34 murders, including 26 of my family members. I urgently request assistance from the FBI and DOJ as local law enforcement seems to be involved.
