The Boston Globe Customer Service Issues

I canceled my subscription 8-10 months ago. In December, I responded to an ad offering a subscription for $1 for the next 6 months. However, I was mistakenly put back as a subscriber at $27.72 per month. I have called twice and emailed once, but haven't received the assistance I need. A Customer Service representative transferred me to a cancellation department where no one answered. Subject: Issue with Boston Globe Subscription Hello, On June 5th, I requested to switch my subscription from paper to online with only the Sunday paper edition. Despite being assured that the change would take effect on June 18th, I am still receiving the daily paper edition, even today on July 3rd.
