Hello,
I have a phone contract with Vodafone, and I wished to retain my old number, [redacted]9. Unfortunately, it has been transferred to your company without my consent. Vodafone instructed me to obtain a PAC code from you so I can reclaim my number for my new contract. It is vital that I have my number back promptly for my children's school and hospital emergencies. Yesterday, my daughter had an accident at school, and due to the number change, no one could reach me. Please expedite the process as per Vodafone's instructions.
Thank you,
Alicia Banks

I need to cancel my account with Movistar. Our experience trying to switch from Fusion Deal to Fusion Contigo has been very frustrating. I have been unable to access my online bills due to an old phone number on file that no one seems able to change. On 29th March, we agreed to change deals, which was supposed to happen on 1st April. However, my husband's mobile was blocked over the weekend before. When we reported it on 1st, we were told it was stolen when it wasn't. Various representatives like Gabriel, Riccardo, and Mario promised to fix the issues but failed to follow through. Despite canceling all services with Vanni on 15th April, we were still charged 65.60€ on 30th April. Despite promises for a refund from Andreas and no follow-up, I had to cancel the standing order and request a refund from my bank on 20th May. Multiple attempts to resolve the situation failed, and I would like our account, landline, and mobile with Movistar to be canceled immediately as initially requested on 15th April.
