I recently purchased my first pair of TOMS three weeks ago, and I was very excited about it. I had saved money for three months to buy them since I'm a single parent. The shoes looked super cute and fit perfectly when I tried them on in the store. I typically wear a size 10 shoe and that's what I bought. However, after wearing them for three days, they became so loose that they felt like clown shoes on me. I checked your website, and there was no mention of sizing down for TOMS. I am unable to return them for a smaller size now that they've been worn. I would need to go down a full shoe size for them to fit properly. This contradicts your statement about the shoes stretching slightly with wear. They fit snugly in the store but ended up being a size too big after just three days of wear. I usually don't reach out to companies like this, but I believe customers should be informed about how much the shoes can stretch to prevent wearing unwearable sizes.

I made a purchase 8 days ago, but the confirmation was sent to my old email address. I contacted customer service via chat with my order number, but they have no record of it. Two days later, the payment cleared from my PayPal account. When I called customer service, they tried to sell me other products and hung up when I declined. I am frustrated and want to know about the $50 shoes I ordered. This experience has made me vow to never order from TOMS again.

My son got a pair of Tom's water-resistant boots as a gift, priced at $[redacted]. They are brand new in the box and have not been worn. Unfortunately, they are the wrong size. Since it was a Secret Santa gift, we don't know where they were purchased. When I contacted customer service, the staff member was unable to help as there was no barcode on the box. She seemed confused and unhelpful, refusing to provide her name and stating it would take two to three days for a callback. I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of assistance. I simply want to know where the boots came from to either exchange them or get a refund. I'm disappointed by the treatment I received from Tom's customer service.

I recently purchased the Tiny Alpargata Forest shoes for kids aged 5 to 12 in a size 7. However, I am concerned that these shoes may run small based on the sizing information provided. I need to exchange them for a size 11, but I have been unable to reach anyone on the phone to facilitate this exchange. Could you please ensure that my order is changed to size 11 before it is shipped out, due to the potential sizing issue? Thank you. Biljana

As a long-time customer who spends long days on my feet running a food bank, finding comfortable tennis shoes is crucial for me. I have noticed a significant decrease in the variety of sneakers available from your brand, which has been disappointing. I used to love the option of different fabrics, and the fact that they sold well shows that there was demand. I even purchased multiple pairs of the same shoe due to how much I wore them. Please consider bringing back a wider selection of sneakers with laces, as they are my go-to choice for everyday wear.

I ordered on December 7th assuming my order would arrive by December 21st with regular shipping, but it turns out the delivery could take even longer than expected due to a misunderstanding about the processing and delivery times. It's frustrating that the estimate given at checkout was so unclear. A better approach would be to clearly state the expected delivery date based on the selected shipping method to help customers make more informed decisions. Now, I have to scramble for last-minute gifts for my daughter and son-in-law who are visiting from MT. This situation has been disappointing with Toms.

I accidentally had a little accident and then remembered some funny jokes to share: - "I'm afraid for the calendar. Its days are numbered." - "My wife suggested lunges to stay fit. That's a big step forward." - "Why do dads bring an extra pair of socks golfing? In case of a hole in one!" - "Singing in the shower is fun until you taste soap. Then it's a soap opera." - "What's similar between a tick and the Eiffel Tower? They're both in Paris." - "What do you call a fish in a bowtie? Sofishticated." - "Following Will Smith in snow? You're on the fresh prints trail." - "If April showers bring May flowers, what do May flowers bring? Pilgrims." - "I thought the dryer shrunk my clothes. Turns out it's the fridge." - "How does dry skin affect work? No elbow grease to put in."
