I recently received a refund check from Synchrony Bank made out to my deceased mother-in-law, Mary T. The check, issued for a $1.11 credit on her QVC credit card, seems like an oversight considering she passed away over 13 years ago. Despite notifying QVC about her passing and subsequent cancellation of the credit card, the refund was sent. I do not plan to cash it and returning it seems impractical. It's frustrating to see such errors in their bookkeeping. Would it be appropriate to shred this check?

I attempted to prequalify for an Amazon card, but unfortunately, I wasn't pre-qualified. A message appeared on the screen stating that I would receive a letter in 7 to 10 days. Today, I got an email from a non-monitored email address at Synchrony containing a link to review important account information. When I clicked on the link, I entered the necessary personal details and clicked submit. However, the screen that appeared was blank, displaying no information at all.

In [redacted], I agreed to be a co-signer for a loan that was paid off. Recently, I discovered I was also listed as a co-signer on another loan, which I was unaware of, and this loan is now in default. This situation has negatively affected my credit score by over [redacted] points. I was never informed or gave consent to be a co-signer for this subsequent loan, and I am requesting Synchrony to remove me from it immediately.

I have multiple credit card accounts with you, one with JC Penny and the other with Lowes. I mistakenly overpaid on the Lowes account, intending for the excess payment to be applied to the JC Penny account. After receiving an email alert that the JC Penny account was overdue, I promptly made a payment to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating due to a cumbersome automated system with numerous prompts, unhelpful representatives, language barriers, and poor phone connections. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the service provided.
