Additionally, when I tried accessing the website via Chrome, I encountered difficulty in finding information on receiving credit for in-store purchases. Despite verifying my information and attempting various methods to resolve the issue, I still could not access the Help Center. After investing over an hour into this process, I am considering discontinuing the use of Swagbucks due to the frustrating experience when attempting to redeem offers and seek support.

I recently made two purchases through Dick's Sporting Goods and Groupon websites using the Swagbucks plugins. Unfortunately, I have not seen the cashback credited to my Swagbucks account. Would it be possible to credit my account if I provide my receipts for these transactions? The purchases were significant, and the cashback incentive was a deciding factor for me.

I am concerned about the recent communication I received regarding my survey access with Swagbucks and "Your Surveys by Cint". It is frustrating being accused of dishonesty when I have been consistent in providing feedback. The response I received indicated that my answers were supposedly inconsistent, leading to a temporary block for an hour - which has now extended past 24 hours. I redeemed my Swagbucks points for a $10 Visa Gift Card, but I have been unable to use it despite multiple attempts at various online retailers like Walmart, Target, Kroger, and even trying with Grubhub and rideshare services with Uber or Lyft. It seems the card is issued by Prepaid Digital Solutions, and after researching, I've discovered numerous identical complaints over the past few months with this company. I urgently need the [redacted] SB points credited back to my account so I can redeem them for groceries to support my family of six during this challenging time, especially with reduced hours and job losses impacting us. For the past three weeks, I have encountered an issue with the Swagbucks extension while shopping on Instacart. The extension has been offering me the chance to earn 25 SB, and I have clicked on it each time. Unfortunately, I have not received any SB for these three transactions. When attempting to address this on your website, I was unable to select Instacart from the list of stores, hindering my ability to proceed with my request.

I have been experiencing issues with Peanut Labs for the past four days. When I click on a survey, it indicates it is full and does not redirect me to another topic like it usually does. If I attempt to open another survey, it continues to bring me back to the same one that is not working or gives an error message about the partner's website. I am hoping for a solution to this problem. I initially joined Swagbucks some time ago, but it was not functioning correctly so I stopped using it. I decided to give it another chance in January, but my status seems to have changed, and I was unaware that I needed to update my information somewhere. As a result, I have been unable to participate in gold surveys. I am looking for assistance in reactivating this feature. Surveys are my favorite part of Swagbucks as I enjoy seeing the products and commercials later on. It truly brings a smile to my face; the simple pleasures. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I participated in the Armor All promotion through Swagbucks where I needed to buy (1) Extreme Shield Spray and (1) Extreme Shield Wipes container to get [redacted] SB. On 6/29/20, I bought these items at Walmart and submitted my receipt. Initially, I was only credited [redacted] SB for purchasing one item, which was incorrect. After submitting a ticket and explaining my situation, I received another [redacted] SB, still not the full [redacted] SB. Despite multiple attempts and explanations through the help center, all I have received is a response saying "error," and my tickets keep getting closed. I have now accumulated [redacted] SB ([redacted] SB twice) instead of the correct [redacted] SB. I am missing [redacted] SB, and despite my efforts, I have not been successful in resolving this issue.

Last week, I attempted to update my email on Swagbucks to match my Paypal email for redeeming my earnings; however, I mistakenly used a different username. I added Gmail to the end and now cannot access the incorrect email account. After numerous failed login attempts, I ended up getting locked out of my Swagbucks account. 1). After resetting my password, I keep receiving an error message stating that my user ID or password doesn't match the records. I know my credentials, but Swagbucks seems to have a different record. It was working fine just yesterday.
2). I've been suspended from surveys due to "inconsistent" answers, which I believe are due to changes in circumstances. Household demographics like ages and numbers can vary, and annual income may fluctuate slightly each year. However, I haven't taken a survey in almost a year. It's frustrating not to receive any guidance on this issue. The wording of questions can lead to varied responses, as seen in the example provided. Different phrasing can lead to different interpretations, causing discrepancies in survey answers.

I am unable to log into my Swagbucks account. Every time I try, I receive a message instructing me to contact customer service, which I have done in at least 10 different ways by utilizing the available options. This has been going on for 4 weeks now, during which time I have been unable to redeem my earned points or earn new ones. I am at a loss for where else to turn. The email address provided below is the same one I used to sign up for Swagbucks. I am very dissatisfied with this situation and I can't even close my Swagbucks account because I simply can't log in. Today, upon attempting to access OfferToro, I encountered a message indicating no available offers with a code: B1, suggesting I have been blocked from the system. I spent several days doing surveys and earned a total of [redacted] Swagbucks. When I tried to cash out for a $5 Apple Card, it asked me to verify my account via SMS. Despite entering my phone number correctly, I never received the verification code. After several unsuccessful tries, the system locked me out from entering my phone number and suggested using the postcard option. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with the postcard verification as every time I try to purchase a gift card, it redirects me back to inputting the SMS code I never received. I really worked hard for those [redacted] Swagbucks and would like to get the gift card. This issue is preventing me from doing so. I took part in the survey on September 21st but didn't receive any points despite answering the questions. I'm frustrated with Swagbucks because even after submitting my receipt pictures, I didn't get points for the items I purchased like Betty Crocker cake mix, Promised Land products, Bush's Baked Beans, Lipton soups, and Smucker's marmalade. I uploaded the photos on October 10th or 11th. Additionally, I often get disqualified from surveys after spending time on them, which is disappointing. Earning points is a tedious process, and now with eye trouble, reading is causing me pain. Swagbucks seemed enjoyable initially, but the experience has been disappointing. I completed surveys promising 1[redacted] points, but haven't received them even after many days. Despite accumulating over 2,[redacted],[redacted] points with the Media Rewards, I haven't received anything. I'm finding it challenging to continue due to the strain on my eyes and head.

I reached out to Swagbucks with a straightforward query regarding the purple icon with an "i" and the meaning of the blue star next to a survey. Despite providing the correct ticket number as requested, I received four different responses that completely missed the mark. Each time, they referred to the wrong ticket number I provided, making it clear they were not addressing my actual question. Frustratingly, after four attempts, I am yet to receive a satisfactory answer because it seems like the customer service team is having difficulty understanding my inquiry. Their repeated errors in answering the wrong ticket number has left me feeling exasperated. I hope they can rectify this soon.

I am having trouble logging into my Swagbucks account. After entering my login details, the page prompts me to contact customer support. When I try to update my country to the U.S., the page just refreshes without letting me enter the information. I've been waiting for a $5 Visa gift card that I never received. While attempting to submit another request, I got kicked out of my account. This happened while I was on a desktop, and I filled out a form without any response so far. I am having trouble uploading a receipt for the Swagbucks/Swago board to finish it and cash out. I keep receiving an error message during the upload process. I cannot find a way to submit a ticket to Swagbucks because the Help page instructs me to check my ledger and click on the "envelope," but my Swago board does not appear in my ledger. I have encountered several issues since opening my account over a month and a half ago. I have been unsuccessful in verifying my phone number despite numerous attempts. As a result, I cannot fully participate in earning Swagbucks through various methods. Additionally, I haven't received the Swagbucks for uploading receipts. Moreover, I have concerns about being barred from surveys due to changing my preferences. My emails have gone unanswered, even to Prodege. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service, especially the absence of a customer phone number. I am eager for a swift resolution to my problems and hope to see improvement in Swagbucks soon. Yesterday, I logged out of my Swagbucks account as usual. Typically, I would automatically be logged in when entering Google. Today, when I attempted to log in, I was prompted to enter my credentials, which surprised me. I entered my email and password, but I kept receiving an error message stating either my email or password was incorrect. I tried all my passwords to no avail. I am worried because I have already lost my daily streak. I also tried the "forgot your password?" option, but when I was asked to verify I'm not a robot with a captcha, the captcha did not appear. Please help me recover my password.

I found a promotion promising a $15 cashback offer on Swagbucks if I purchased a pair of shoes from JustFab. After buying the shoes, I tried to redeem the offer on Swagbucks but realized I couldn't access my old account and had to create a new one. Even though I used the same phone number, I couldn't proceed due to this issue. I reached out to the help center on the app multiple times over two weeks but received no response other than messages stating my concern was forwarded. It's frustrating as I might not be able to redeem the promotion now, and I only bought the shoes because of the offer. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from Swagbucks.
