Since renting units at this location, we've encountered numerous unpleasant experiences. The staff has been consistently rude, attempting to overcharge us and even prioritizing other customers over us. We were threatened with a delayed gate code unless we purchased their locks and they've tried to overcharge us despite the ongoing sale. The customer service lacks any warmth or welcoming vibe, leaving us disappointed at every interaction. If it weren't for our urgent need, we would have taken our business elsewhere, especially considering the two large units we've rented. This overall experience has been dreadful, and we're considering moving our business elsewhere soon. Additionally, we haven't received any notice and finding ourselves locked out, contrary to the understanding that access should continue until the 7th of this month.

I have a storage unit at Rangeline under number [redacted]. My name is Pamela W. I have fallen behind on my monthly payments due to a variety of challenging circumstances. As a divorced mom, I used to work for an insurance company that provided medical insurance for government employees until my daughter became ill in [redacted]. Since then, we have faced homelessness and managed to start anew in December [redacted]. My daughter, now 27, suffers from a severe form of demyelination of the myelin sheath, commonly known as multiple sclerosis. Her condition has progressed rapidly, leaving her unable to walk for five years and requiring constant care. We rely on her disability check and limited income, struggling to make ends meet. Any assistance or guidance on how to address my overdue storage bill would be greatly appreciated as we are currently facing considerable challenges.
