ASF, established in [redacted], shares vital lifesaving information at carsafe.org. It offers a 30-year impeccable driving auto insurance policy. However, when ASF required insurance support, State Farm was disappointingly absent, resulting in ASF facing a four-day setback. They accuse State Farm of breaching the contract, acting in bad faith, and neglecting their roadside emergency needs, causing significant work disruptions. ASF also highlights instances of poor treatment from State Farm, Agero, and ASAP, impacting their nonprofit safety work negatively.
ASF demands necessary changes to ensure public safety in towing policies and threatens to involve the media and legal action if State Farm does not cooperate. They request refunds for the unaddressed emergency situation, urge State Farm to consider the importance of their suggested remedial measures for safety, and propose a donation to support auto safety initiatives. They set a deadline for a satisfactory settlement offer from State Farm, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.

On January 11th, I hit a deer with my car. I reported it on the 12th. I was given the option to have an adjuster handle it in 3 to 5 days or to email pictures. I chose to email the pictures but warned if not received by noon on the 12th, to arrange for the adjuster with the body shop. I checked with the body shop on the 18th, and they confirmed no contact from State Farm was made, causing a week delay. This resulted in an additional thirty to sixty dollars for the car rental. Being a client for over forty years, I'm disappointed. If not resolved satisfactorily, there's a high chance I'll switch insurers. Consider this my feedback on the inconvenient and frustrating situation. Claim # 38-[redacted]-B64.

My name is Brandon Wood, and I was rear-ended by a gentleman insured with your company. Since the incident, I have been continuously running in circles without being properly updated. In the 10 days following the accident, I have not received any communication from State Farm. I had to take the initiative to arrange for my car to be taken to a salvage yard or body shop for assessment and a rental vehicle. Initially, I was told I needed to do this, but then another representative contradicted that statement. The adjuster visited my car unexpectedly in the rain and the assessment was incomplete, missing significant damages. Despite not being at fault for the accident, I feel mistreated and neglected in the claims process. I simply desire regular updates and a proper repair for my vehicle. I trust that State Farm would honor its responsibility, as mentioned by David Cook. However, the lack of communication and inconsistent instructions have made this whole situation extremely frustrating. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

I purchased new insurance with USAA in July [redacted] and canceled my policy with State Farm under agent Catherine Dylan in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Unfortunately, State Farm continued to make bank drafts for premiums even after cancellation without my knowledge. It wasn't until a year and a half later that I discovered the ongoing charges. Despite my request for a refund, State Farm refused, insisting on written proof of cancellation. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges and wish to sever any future business relationships with Catherine Dylan or affiliated parties. My name is Richard G. from Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Please contact State Farm Insurance regarding property issues or payment errors. I want to address a situation where someone is wrongly accusing me. All properties involved are listed under my name. I am not the one causing trouble; others are being paid to do so. There are attempts to misuse authority, affecting my reputation since March 11, [redacted]. I have not been properly informed about the allegations against me. I address this issue with utmost seriousness and seek justice based on evidence. State Farm cannot act on my behalf without proper warrants. For any communication, please use fax [redacted]5 or call [redacted]. I uphold all promises made and request all involved to follow ethical business practices. Additional actions may be taken if necessary.

I'm a large loss property adjuster, Aaron W., received an invoice and hotel folio for the temporary housing of clients (claim #205822V75, D.L. and F.E.) from Sept. 19, [redacted] to Oct. 23, [redacted]. Upon receipt, he referred the billing to another vendor, ALE Solutions, which was backdated to Sept. 19, [redacted], even though they took over on November 14, [redacted], after the clients had already left the hotel. This behavior seems like "steering" or possibly even "fraud." I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration regarding this matter. I have documented evidence to support all my claims. It is essential that you investigate this situation further to address this issue concerning one of your employees.

Good morning State Farm, I would like to bring attention to the email content below to my insurance office. In the past, I have utilized your updated email system without any issues, however, I encountered a warning message this time.
I believe resolving the "special characters" limitation on your platform is crucial. It seems inadequate for such a large company in [redacted] to restrict characters like &,-'()?$.;:@. Kindly refrain from using any other special characters as they may hinder email delivery to the agent.

Regarding the property at [redacted] Newton Ave W Collingswood, NJ [redacted], there are several individuals mentioned involved in a complex legal situation. It appears that there are issues related to insurance policies, family relations, legal action, and even mentions of federal claims and patent rights. The writer also touches upon matters concerning court cases, offenses, and restitution. The communication seems to imply a significant legal entanglement that spans across various jurisdictions and involves high-stakes claims and legal proceedings.

I am still dealing with the ongoing issues regarding property, lawsuits, and legal matters involving various individuals, including Adam S.R. and other properties. The situation is complex, with no clear legal outcomes. I have been a witness and plaintiff in various cases involving significant financial losses and property issues. I have requested the IRS to intervene, especially concerning properties insured with your company. I believe that all capital crimes should have their insurance companies to cover the losses. I have taken legal action against the state of Arizona, as per the case of Fiechtner v Young, which had a time limit of 60 days under US or UK laws. I have faced interference with insurance claims due to tenant protection issues. I question the authority figures and their actions in light of legal proceedings since [redacted].

I have been a State Farm auto insurance customer for 3-4 years. About 2 years ago, I requested to remove my renter's insurance, but I later discovered it was not done as promised. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with State Farm representatives via phone and email, I continue to face discrepancies in my monthly charges. I was informed multiple times that the renter's insurance was removed, but the charges persisted. Following up on promises of adjustments, I still see inconsistencies, like being billed $[redacted] instead of the agreed $[redacted]-$[redacted]. I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the broken promises from State Farm. As a professional in the insurance industry, I understand this mishandling of my policy should not occur. I am seeking a correction to my account and a refund for the overcharges of $7-8 monthly for the past 2 years, as initially assured to me.

I am trying to reach Charles Fiechtner by leaving a note at [redacted] 16th Street, Box [redacted]. I have legal matters to discuss and am looking for contact. I am addressing issues related to laws in the UK and the USA. Any contact made should be directed to the attorney [redacted] at [redacted]. There are personal matters to resolve related to body invasion and the misuse of my blood. I am seeking legal protection under my rights and need to address these promptly. Thank you.

I was involved in an accident and needed to replace all four wheels on my vehicle. During the accident, the driver side rear wheel came off, and my vehicle was originally equipped with four steel chrome rims. The State Farm adjuster could not find a matching chrome rim, so I was only reimbursed for one steel chrome rim that did not match the other three. I objected to this decision, but State Farm would not change their stance. I strongly believe State Farm should have paid for all matching rims instead of just one. I am looking to arbitrate this matter promptly. Please provide me with instructions on how to proceed. Sincerely, Glenn S. Merrill. [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I received a troubling message for everyone to read. It is full of jumbled information and appears to express concerns about safety and legal matters. The tone is urgent and seems to reference various individuals and locations along with legal terms scattered throughout the text. It mentions threats, usage of personal data, and a mixture of names and numbers that are difficult to follow. The writer seems to be addressing potential issues with law enforcement, insurance companies, and the government while seeking protection and attention to a complicated situation involving patents, inventions, and security claims.
It's a confusing and concerning message that may require further clarification and assistance.

Hello State Farm, I'm Joel. I'm reaching out about an accident that occurred on Nov 24, [redacted], at N 57th Dr & W Van Buren St. My father, Serafin Rios, was making a right turn with his indicator on when one of your clients rear-ended him because they weren't paying attention. The police arrived a few minutes later to write the accident report, but there seemed to be a language barrier between my father and the officers, which might have led to unclear information. State Farm called my father asking for the $3,[redacted] they had to pay for their client's vehicle. I believe this situation is unfair since your client was at fault, and my father is being pressured to pay. Additionally, your client also damaged his trailer. I think we need to discuss this further as my father shouldn't be responsible due to the language issue. I'd appreciate it if you could reach out to me. Have a great day!

I have filed a claim as Fiechtner for being knifed in the head and I am seeking coverage for the incurred costs. The case number involved is [redacted] and [redacted]. I have taken legal action against the parties responsible for the incident involving the light rail and jails. I want to emphasize that I am not a threat despite what some lawyers may claim. The lawsuit pertains to the violation of my rights and I aim to bring justice to the situation. I believe that all the evidence points to the necessity of addressing the harm caused. I am prepared to fight this legally and seek compensation for the damages I have endured. I am determined to see this through and bring attention to the severity of the situation.

I would like to report a potential patent infringement related to an invention mentioned in a previous complaint. There was an incident in [redacted] involving known individuals, which was resolved once payment was made. Specific references are made to Maricopa Hospital, Banner, and a state library. I believe that legal statutes such as 18 USC [redacted] or 18 USC 3 may apply to protect individuals who may have unknowingly been involved. I am committed to upholding laws and protecting businesses, as well as my own ventures. Any actions I take are to safeguard my interests and those associated with me. It's important to realize the value of intellectual property and the need to maintain secrecy to prevent unauthorized use. If there are any concerns or inquiries, please contact me. Thank you.

Since the 1980s, there has been a challenge in proving equal protection under the law at the state Farm Stadium. The mention of child-related laws like 16 USC 35 and trade names like 15 USC 714b are intertwined with accusations of theft and manipulation. The writer claims to own the system and refers to legal battles spanning 25 years with intricate specifics, even involving John Adams and a litany of legal terms. The convoluted grievances extend to the usage of fingerprints and alleged gang interference with social security and unemployment matters. Additionally, the writer hints at vast property ownership and a reluctance to settle with a certain insurance company. The discourse delves into military connections, high-ranking authority, and questions regarding agency protection. The narrative appears to revolve around profound claims of ownership, lineage, and the legal intricacies surrounding personal affairs.

My policy number 36-BR-N254-3 was canceled on April 12, [redacted]. I had emailed Bobby Williamson to inform him that I wouldn't be renewing my policy after May 25, [redacted]. Despite this, I received a letter with a check on April 20, stating my policy was canceled at my request, which I did not make. When I contacted State Farm, they acknowledged it was a misunderstanding. I am requesting to have my policy reinstated retroactively to April 12, [redacted]. I emailed Bobby hoping for a discussion about adjusting the insurance, but he proceeded with the cancellation instead. My mortgage company is seeking information on this matter. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I have been informed that the agent's office sent a letter to State Farm, but it may take a few days for a response. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, C.N. Email: [redacted].

I am a State Farm customer, and unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled. State Farm is taking away my rental before providing me with a check to replace my car. This situation has left me without transportation to work or to take my son to school. As a single mother, this has caused me a lot of distress. It took me two weeks to find out who hit me as they fled the scene, and dealing with State Farm has been a nightmare for the past month and a half. I am extremely disappointed and upset with their lack of aid and will not be using State Farm again.

My name is Anthony W., a retired Army veteran, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I made an error on a survey today regarding a worker named "Chanel" in Atlanta, GA, who provided excellent after-hours customer service. Her supervisor, Michael C., also received a positive message. Regrettably, I mistakenly gave her a score of "1" instead of "5" at the end of the survey, and I couldn't correct it. I want to ensure that Chanel receives all "5's" on the survey. Please disregard my mistake and ensure her outstanding service is properly recognized. You can reach me by email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance in correcting this error and acknowledging Chanel's exceptional representation of State Farm. Thank you.
