State Farm Bank has transferred my loan to another company without any prior notification. I have received two delinquency letters from this new company, but as I haven't heard from State Farm Bank, I am reluctant to make any payments. I have tried repeatedly to reach out to clarify where my payments should go. I even attempted to send a bank wire to the provided address but it did not show up in my bank profile. Despite multiple attempts, the new company is unable to locate my account based on my current information.
