I visited your Five Forks, SC location to retrieve a mobile order placed by my wife. Upon arrival at approximately 11:00 am on Thanksgiving, myself and several customers were informed by what seemed to be the manager that we couldn't sit in the chairs as the dining room was closed. Every time I frequent this location about 4-5 times a week, there are individuals in the dining area without masks, which is concerning for safety. The manager could better assist the staff in serving paying customers. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this branch or any others in the future. Best wishes, Brian.

On Sunday, November 15, [redacted], I visited Starbucks to order a grande size Pike Place coffee with caramel brule latte flavor. Although the coffee was okay, it was filled to the brim, causing it to spill and leave a red mark on my hand. In another incident on November 28, [redacted], I went to Starbucks to redeem my "birthday drink," but I was informed that I missed claiming it because my birthday was on November 25. I am disappointed as I would still like to receive my complimentary drink.

I noticed that Starbucks is offering free coffee to frontline medical workers this month. I shared this information with my daughter, who unfortunately was informed that she does not qualify for this offer. She has been a loyal customer of Starbucks for many years. My daughter works as a veterinarian at a 40,[redacted] sq. ft. hospital in Los Angeles that remains operational. This hospital provides care to animals of all kinds round the clock. Despite the risks, she continues to work regularly as she cares for both animals and interacts with vulnerable populations such as small children and seniors. Given the circumstances, she faces fear daily due to several doctors and staff members falling ill. In addition, she was asked by LA County to assist in hospitals due to veterinarians possessing a deeper understanding of medicine than other hospital personnel. These dedicated professionals handle emergency situations and aid individuals who cannot access their regular physicians.

I visited your establishment on County Route [redacted] in Saint Augustine, Florida, and unfortunately, I was refused service when attempting to purchase gift cards because I was not wearing a mask due to health issues. Despite explaining my situation, the staff cited corporate policy and declined to assist me. It was disheartening to experience discrimination based on my inability to wear a mask. The employee, Lindsey, displayed a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction.

I'm a regular at the Lynbrook Starbucks on Sunrise Highway where Kelly is the manager. I've witnessed her handle rude customers with such grace. It's astonishing how some people can get so upset over small things like sugar in their coffee or being asked to wear a mask. The Baristas at this Starbucks always greet customers with a smile, often remembering their orders. Even on tough days, they never fail to make me smile under my mask. Managing both in-store orders and the drive-thru must be challenging. Please pass on my feedback; they deserve to hear both praise and criticism. To all the wonderful baristas in Lynbrook, I applaud you. Your hard work and dedication to customer service do not go unnoticed. Excellent work!

I have a fun idea for a Starbucks refresher! I call it A Summer Day Refresher. I created it at home using watermelon black tea, cherry juice, milk, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup. The watermelon tea brings back memories of summers with my mom cutting watermelon at picnics. I added cherry juice for my brother's August birthday cherry pies and strawberry and lemon for that classic summer vibe. Feel free to garnish with freeze-dried strawberries if you have them. Enjoy over ice!

I completed all the purchases needed for your promotion to receive extra stars. I earned three stars and finally bought Teavana tea yesterday in hopes of getting the last star for the extra [redacted]. However, the fourth star hasn't shown up in my account yet. I think it might be due to the store's location being far from my usual stores in Oxford, PA. I kindly request to have the missing star added to my account. Thank you.

Today, I visited Starbucks using gift card [redacted], expecting a balance between $55.00 to $60.00, but it was at 0. To my surprise, I found a transaction on April 27th in San Fernando for $60, even though my last legitimate use was on April 6th in Hemet, CA for $8.50. I live in Riverside County and haven't visited LA recently, making this transaction suspicious. I consolidate gift card balances onto this specific card, and Starbucks is an occasional treat. It took me weeks to notice this discrepancy. I want to understand how my gift card was fraudulently used and if my account was compromised. I will change my password, but I have the physical card with me. Can you investigate this issue, please?

As a loyal customer, I feel the need to address recent service issues at the Starbucks on SW 4th & MacArthur in Oklahoma City. Lately, there has been a decline in the accuracy of my orders, with mistakes happening frequently. Today, I received the wrong sandwich in my order and was even charged for it. Additionally, my oatmeal was prepared incorrectly despite my request. The staff also made my drink incorrectly and were not very accommodating when asked to remake it. I have noticed some new faces and familiar ones missing, which may indicate a need for better training. While I understand the challenges in staffing during this time, the recent service lapses are impacting the positive image Starbucks is known for. I am considering exploring other options for my daily routine unless these issues are addressed promptly.

At store [redacted], I ordered a medium Cafe Verona at 11:00 am. The employee, Michael, took my order along with several others, causing a delay. When Michael brought my coffee at 11:11 am, he asked if I wanted cream or sugar, which I declined. He had already served my plain black coffee by then at 11:12 am. However, the price of $3.85 surprised me as I normally pay $2.85 for the same drink at other Starbucks. Michael explained that the added cream and sprinkle increased the cost from $2.65 to $3.85. I was concerned about the $1.20 difference and felt it was too steep. Clarifying this discrepancy is important to me as I contemplate my necessary espresso grinder purchase.

I visited Starbucks store #[redacted] in Christiansburg, VA at 3:22 PM on 9/18/[redacted]. I ordered a Vanilla Cream cold brew in the largest size, but received a grande instead. In the past, my husband and I have consistently received the largest size in various locations including Christiansburg and Roanoke. When I requested the correct cup size, I was denied by the server. I am quite upset about this incident.

Subject: Discrimination Incident at Starbucks To Whom It May Concern, I am Elliot Banks. I am reaching out because on 10/19/21, around 4PM, my 14-year-old daughter faced discrimination at the Starbucks on [redacted] Park Ave South, NYC, NY [redacted]. An employee named Ty refused her service, citing her school uniform from Success Academy High School located nearby as the reason. This discriminatory act deeply impacted my daughter, who had never before encountered such racism. Ty explained that this store had an unwritten policy against serving students from Success Academy, which consists mainly of minority students. This discriminatory behavior is not only offensive but also potentially illegal. When I called the store, Ty admitted he was following instructions from manager "Annie" regarding serving certain demographics. I am seeking a resolution to this distressing incident. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Elliot Banks

Dear Customer Service Team, I have been a dedicated Starbucks fan for 15-20 years and wanted to share my recent exceptional experience at the 6th and Kenmore Ave location in Los Angeles. The store and its staff have truly set a new standard for customer service. Not only is the store consistently clean and welcoming, but the staff go above and beyond to remember details about me like my name, my dog's name, my regular drink, and other preferences. What truly sets this Starbucks apart is the genuine personal connection I feel with the staff. They show a sincere interest in me and my service dog, making us feel like part of their extended family. Their kindness extends to assisting handicapped customers, providing water for thirsty dogs, and even returning forgotten items to their owners. Their attention to detail is remarkable. I was especially impressed by one partner, Ronique, who initiated a "Dogs of K-Town" bulletin board, cleverly boosting business and contributing to pet adoptions in the neighborhood. Their innovative initiatives and genuine care make me wish more businesses operated this way. Thank you for the outstanding service! Warm regards, A Grateful Starbucks Enthusiast

I recently contacted Starbucks customer support (Ref# [redacted]45) and was directed to speak with a supervisor, Alissa. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to convey my issue, Alissa suggested visiting Ideas.Starbucks.com, which I can't access. I'm requesting this email be forwarded to the Chief Operations Officer or Chief Technology Officer for a resolution. Alissa acknowledged the problem with the system not allowing tips when using rewards, a concern we both share. I urge for a solution to ensure fair treatment and proper tips for employees in all transactions. Kindly reply to my email or reach out to me at [redacted].

I was frustrated waiting in the drive-through line for fifteen minutes. When I finally reached the window to place my order, the girl explained they couldn't take it due to staffing issues. Unable to back up with three cars behind me, I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes for the line to move. I wish Starbucks had informed us of the situation or closed the drive-through with cones. I understand the worker shortage, but communication is key.

I have regularly bought gift cards online for my friends using my debit card in the past. However, in the last two years, I have not been receiving them. Recently realizing this, I've been attempting to resolve the matter. There seems to be an issue if Starbucks is promoting online gift cards but failing to deliver them. I have contacted customer service twice but faced difficulty in communicating my concerns. I am requesting a refund for the latest undelivered $60 gift card intended for Susan and Mark Zaslov in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. I hope this problem can be rectified; otherwise, I will need to reconsider my future purchases. Thank you, - M. Huddleston

I have been a regular customer at the drive-through Starbucks located in Airport Plaza in Renton, WA. My usual order is a double-toasted bagel with cream cheese. In the past, my order was frequently not correct, with the bagel being toasted only once instead of twice. Despite this, I didn't complain. However, during my recent visit, I faced a new issue. The staff didn't open the bagel before toasting it, resulting in it being warmed rather than toasted. When I asked for a redo, the second attempt was overdone and had plastic from the knife melted onto it, making it inedible. The staff seemed defensive when I brought this up, and even the replacement bagel was unsatisfactory. To add to the disappointment, the cream cheese and knife were handed to me separately in a bag, which I had to discard. This experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning to this Starbucks branch, and I have shared my experience with friends. Thank you, Paige M.

My wife and I visited the Starbucks near Branson Landing. We ordered a medium white chocolate mocha and a decaf coffee with coconut milk. The employee initially mentioned $6.61 as the total, which seemed incorrect for our order. When we received our order, my wife's white chocolate mocha had coconut milk instead of my decaf coffee. The employee explained they ran out of decaf and offered an Americano with coconut milk for an additional $4.41. After some back and forth, we finally got our correct drinks. However, my decaf Americano wasn't to my usual Starbucks standard, so I had to throw it away. The entire experience was disappointing as we felt overcharged, received poor customer service, and unsatisfactory drinks. Unfortunately, this negative encounter has deterred us from revisiting Starbucks at Branson Landing. We hope to hear back soon regarding this matter. Thank you, Eric Evenson.

I had two bad experiences at the Starbucks drive-thru near my house. On Friday, January 28, [redacted], I waited in line but no one answered at the menu screen. After waiting, the employee at the window rudely told us to order at the entrance window but we explained the situation, and she refused to take our order. I had to leave due to being late for work. They offered me a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience. On Sunday, I ordered ahead and when I picked up my drink, they had made the wrong order and accused me of placing it incorrectly. Despite showing them the correct order on my phone, they gave me the wrong size drink. This all happened at the Starbucks on Westminster and Beach Blvd. I have never encountered such poor customer service at any other Starbucks locations before.
