My boyfriend's phone service is terrible. It's frustrating when he's unable to make calls, access the internet, or receive messages all day long. When attempting to call him, it goes straight to voicemail, and even using messenger doesn't work properly. It seems there are significant issues with his location and poor reception. I tried reaching out to T-Mobile, but they couldn't help as they didn't recognize his phone number. I'm not sure if the problem lies with T-Mobile or another service provider in the area. The service from QWlink in my area is unreliable, especially at my home, and their customer service has not been helpful. I have decided to switch my lifeline benefit to Verizon because I know their service is dependable here. It is crucial for me that my number remains the same. I am currently in the process of trying to port the number and need to enter the transfer pin. Unfortunately, I don't have it written down, as I usually remember the 4-digit pin or password I would have used. I have attempted both options without success. Unless this pin is an auto-generated code from QWlink that I never received, I am at a loss for an explanation. I am hoping to avoid feeling like QWlink is causing delays in this process.

I encountered a problem with my Q-link Lifeline phone. While online, I came across a pop-up advertising a SafeLink phone, which I believed offered free talk, text, and data like the "Obama phone." After ordering it, everything seemed fine until my minutes depleted during a call, redirecting me to Straight Talk. Now, I am confused about this transition.
In short, I need assistance obtaining a new SIM card or guidance on potentially using my old one while retaining my original phone number. It is vital for me to have my existing number as important contacts are expected to reach out, and updating everyone with a new number would be too time-consuming. I would greatly appreciate any help with this matter.

After switching my phone number from Verizon to Qlink to save money through the ACP benefit, I have encountered issues with the service. Twice my phone has gone into "SOS" mode, rendering it useless unless connected to Wi-Fi. This has made using the service more trouble than it's worth. I now intend to port my number back to Verizon but require the account number and PIN for the transfer.

I am having trouble activating my new SIM card that I just received today for my iPhone 6. Despite resetting the phone and trying various solutions like turning off data and restarting the phone, I have been unable to activate it. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times without success, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, during the application process, I specified that I wanted to keep my own number, but the automated system provided me with a new one. I inserted the SIM card number as requested, and now I am being instructed to wait for activation, which is unacceptable. I require a smoother experience to continue using this service, and I need this issue resolved promptly.

While I was cleaning a house, my phone rang, and unfortunately, it fell into the toilet that was clogged with someone's waste as I was trying to unclog it. I recently received the Q-Link Wireless Serrano Phone about a month ago, and it's been somewhat okay up until yesterday. Suddenly, the phone started lagging horribly, making me incredibly frustrated. Not only that, when I try to use the internet or make calls or texts, it just won't work despite showing 4G LTE service with a small X next to the bars. I've tried everything I can think of, including resetting the network settings multiple times, but nothing seems to fix the issue. I eventually resorted to factory resetting the phone, hoping it would resolve the problem, but even after doing so, the cellphone service is still not functioning. It's beyond irritating, and I urgently need this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.

My Serrano smartphone's 4G-LTE service is completely down, despite the SIM card being active. I cannot make calls, send texts, or use data. Even though I receive some calls, they disconnect as soon as I answer. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since the phone is new. There is an "X" next to the 4G LTE service bars. I signed up for the ACP program with q Link Wireless for the free cell phone service and the phone and tablet bundle they offer. However, during the approval process, my order switched to just getting a SIM card for a bring-your-own-device option. I don't have a device to bring, and I can't find a way to edit my order. The system requires my old carrier's account number, which I don't have. Is there a method to edit my order or my plan? If not, how can I cancel my application to start over?

I am currently a T Mobile customer, and I have been experiencing extremely poor service with my carrier. In contrast, everyone I know who uses Verizon has flawless reception. Unfortunately, I receive no signal at all in my home, forcing me to walk or drive approximately [redacted] yards away to possibly get service. I have endured this issue for far too long. I kindly request for my account to be released so that I can switch to a provider that utilizes the Verizon network. Alternatively, if T Mobile can offer me a transfer to Verizon services, I will continue to stay with your company. If no solution is possible, I am considering switching to Straight Talk Wireless. As a previous Straight Talk customer, I recently discovered Q Link Wireless, offering free phone service. After reaching out to them, I qualified and received a sim card with unlimited data and text. Unfortunately, I found out the sim card was locked, which now makes sense. I need assistance unlocking the SIM card from Q Link so I can start using my phone service. I am the owner of a Hot Pepper Serrano Smartphone and a Scepter 8 Tablet. Unfortunately, I have experienced various issues with both devices. My smartphone struggles to get service indoors, drains the battery excessively quickly, and operates sluggishly with app malfunctions. On the other hand, my tablet initially performs better but eventually encounters similar problems. Despite reaching out to Customer Support multiple times, no solutions have been provided. I prefer to continue with Qlink; however, the ongoing difficulties may force me to switch back to SafeLink Wireless.
