I rely on my phone for essential needs due to being disabled and not having an alternative service. My attempts to rectify this have failed as my account was tampered with and I have received no adequate assistance from customer service. I seek a resolution to reinstate my phone service promptly.

I contacted Direct Express to inquire about my account balance and discovered unauthorized charges. My card was deactivated, and a new one along with a dispute letter was supposed to be mailed to me within 10 to 14 days. Unfortunately, I have not received either despite automated assurances that they were sent on February 14th. Fed up with the delays, I reached out to Social Security for assistance in halting this month's payment to Direct Express. A representative there redirected my Social Security deposit away from Direct Deposit. I am eager to receive my February account statement to review the transactions, as I am currently unable to obtain any details directly from the company. Thank you, J.L. Powers.

Please deactivate my sim card and phone immediately. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I believe you have violated my privacy by listening in on calls through my phone. I have purchased a new phone from a different provider, but you have somehow accessed it using my email address. I expect to be compensated for the invasion of privacy. I believe a substantial amount of money is fair compensation to ensure my family and I can live comfortably without fear or embarrassment. It is crucial to keep this matter private between us to avoid further shame. My family and I feel compromised and have to relocate to protect our privacy. Please consider the impact this has had on us and respond with a suitable offer tomorrow. Thank you.

I am in the process of switching my Assurance Wireless phone to Q Link, having received the new SIM card. However, I am having trouble transferring the service following the provided instructions. When I accessed my Android phone's settings, I found that the network settings were inaccessible due to the device being locked to the carrier SIM. The main screen displayed an error message stating "invalid SIM card." The IMEI number is [redacted][redacted], and my current number is [redacted]. The new number provided, [redacted], is not what I wish to use. Additionally, the SIM status in the phone settings indicates "emergency calls only." After contacting Assurance Wireless, they directed me to reach out to Q Link. At the time of writing this, I have been on hold for 68 minutes. As my current service with Assurance Wireless will end at the month's expiry, I am concerned. I cannot afford a new phone and seeking assistance on how to proceed next. Thank you for your help, M. I would like to transfer my current AT&T phone number, which is compatible with my phone, to Q Link Wireless. I have the necessary account number and password to proceed. I have already been approved for Lifeline benefits through the national verifier, and Q Link is sending me a SIM card by mail. However, they are requesting re-verification, even though I already have my National Verifier ID. This has caused a duplicate application issue. I am eager to avoid any delays in receiving my SIM card, as I am currently stuck without phone service.

Good afternoon, I am reaching out to address my ongoing issue. Despite multiple attempts via email and phone calls, I have been unable to resolve my situation. The website instructed to contact in case of change of address, which I did. However, I faced difficulty updating my address on the website, leading me to contact customer service. The representative informed me they couldn't modify my address. In order to use my sim card in a new phone, I needed to purchase a new phone, but the sim card hasn't arrived due to it being sent to my old address. Even though it shows as mailed, I haven't received it at my current address. This issue remains unresolved to date. Reviewing my record will confirm my numerous attempts to address this matter. I recently signed up for the Q Link Wireless unlimited plan but within a month, I received a text from [redacted] asking if I wanted to cancel. I never received an email or any explanation until I called customer service, who said I needed to switch carriers, which I haven't done. I urgently need my service reactivated due to health issues as I live alone and don't drive. It's unfair that I wasn't informed properly. I am currently using Q Link Wireless as my service provider and my phone is lost. Although I brought my own phone and did not purchase it through Q Link, I did receive a SIM card from them. I have tried going online and calling the number provided by Q Link to have the SIM card replaced. My current number is [redacted] and my 4-digit code is [redacted]. When I report online or via the Q Link phone number that my phone is lost and I am using my own phone, I enter the IMEI number of the phone I am replacing the lost one with (IMEI [redacted][redacted]). Both the website and Q Link phone number confirm that the new phone is compatible, but they instruct me to transfer the SIM card from the old phone to the new one, which is not the case since the old SIM card is lost. Unfortunately, I am finding it challenging to get assistance from Q Link's automated system and reaching a real person seems impossible. I have previously sent a message with no resolution. Can someone help me with this issue?

I inquired about internet service from them as I had been a past customer. I received a sim card in the mail but have not had any human contact. It seems Qlink contacted my internet provider, Comcast Xfinity, regarding an account, which caused me to be removed from the low-income plan provided by the FCC under the Affordable Communications Act. I am unable to afford the $65.00 monthly fee, but Comcast will not reinstate me on the program until they hear from Qlink.

I recently got a message about needing a new SIM card. I've successfully installed the new SIM card in my Android phone. However, when trying to use the reset feature as per the provided instructions, I couldn't find those options listed in the settings on my phone. Right now, my phone is not recognizing the new SIM card, and it's not operational. Unfortunately, I can't access the "my account" feature without internet at home. I recently upgraded my phone due to my Safelink service being canceled as my phone was outdated. I switched to Qlink and obtained a new phone. However, during the process, I ended up with two different numbers - one I was using and another one they provided. When trying to transfer my old Tracfone number, I realized there was confusion with the two numbers. I called from my new phone and reached a person I didn't know, which left me feeling lost. I hope I can resolve this issue and keep a single number.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Xfinity regarding the Affordable Care Act differing from cell service. I had some issues with my SIM card being wiped when they sent me a new one, but thankfully, it's working well now. Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Google account. Recently, I purchased a new phone, an Andi Sims Lite. After setting it up, I encountered login issues with my Google account. Despite Google suggesting I may have logged out or changed my password, I assure you that I have not. About three months ago, I encountered an issue with my unlimited data and added ten dollars to my Q Link account using my debit card. However, after spending over an hour speaking with a representative who informed me that there was no service in my area, I was promised a refund for the ten dollars since I did not need the data. Despite following up, I have yet to receive the refund. Every month, I run out of data before the end of the month, causing inconvenience as both my jobs rely on phone usage. One job allows me to connect to WiFi, but the other requires data for travel. I am willing to trade free service for reliability as this situation is affecting my work significantly. I am seeking assistance in obtaining more data and clarification on the missing ten dollars transaction.

I recently switched from Assurance to Qlink and everything seemed fine until I received an email stating there was an issue with my account. Despite porting my number and canceling other services, my phone is still working. When trying to re-apply with Qlink, I encountered problems with their National Verifier and have not received a response after emailing proof. Despite reaching out to Qlink for help, I have not been able to resolve the issues with my account. It's frustrating that my phone is still active even after supposedly being canceled. How can I fix this situation?

I've been using Qlink service for years. Recently, it seems there was a company switch requiring me to upgrade my phone. Initially, they sent a Sim card via UPS, which didn't work with my phone. I decided to purchase a phone from the Qlink website, but even after eight weeks of it being marked as delivered (though not arriving), I haven't received it. Despite my calls for a refund or resending the phone, I've either been hung up on or told there's nothing they can do. Attempts to speak with managers and the delivery company, Amazon Logistics, have been fruitless. The delivery company suggested filing a BBB complaint, but I couldn't find their business on the BBB website. I'm out $80, which is significant for me as a low-income individual who relied on this service during emergencies. The situation has been distressing with unsuccessful attempts to resolve it.

I discontinued my service with Qlink after only 6 days due to poor coverage in my area. I was assured that my number would be transferred back to my previous provider, which I've had for over 20 years. Unfortunately, the representative misled me about the number transfer as it was denied by AT&T. During the 6 days of service, I could only make calls twice out of 3 attempts, couldn't send texts, and had internet issues 80% of the time. Every representative I communicated with during this time was untruthful. I request to no longer receive emails from Qlink and have no further association with them. This has been ongoing for five years, leading to the creation of business accounts without my consent. The hackers have gained control of my phone, intercepting all my communications. I recommend filing a police report for theft and fraud, which includes identity theft and mail tampering affecting important recipients like the Mayor of Phoenix, Arizona. The suggested course of action is clear given the severity of the situation. The perpetrators have manipulated my phone extensively, warranting a thorough investigation. Please consider questioning a particular customer as they seem overly interested in my activities.
