I am John Kelly-Keifer, and I recently experienced an unexpected renewal payment for my domain jazzrockentertainment.com . I am currently unable to make this payment and am therefore requesting a refund promptly. From what I understand, Squarespace does not offer refunds for renewed subscriptions once they have been canceled on their website. I am willing to provide any necessary information to facilitate this process. I believe there has been an error in the billing process for the website thejennycatterson.com.
My name is Jennifer Catterson, and I used the last four digits of my card, [redacted], to make the payment.
I have attached screenshots displaying the various charges incurred during the creation of the site. It appears that there are more charges than expected. Ideally, I should only see two charges - one for purchasing the domain and the other for hosting. If I upgraded the plan, I would assume the original charge would be adjusted. Nowhere was it mentioned that each template change or plan modification would result in additional charges.

I recently paid $[redacted] for my renewal on Solutions.net. However, the receipt I received displays the wrong company name as orchard-chartreuse-t5xg.squarespace.com instead of my company name. Moreover, the merchant category listed is incorrect; it states Comp Programing, Data Prcsng, Intgtrd Sys Degn Srvs while my category is coaching. I would like to know how this can be rectified to show the correct information with my name, Pamela Carter, and my company, Solutions.net. Thank you.

I have attempted numerous times on different computers to access the credit card billing information for my account as prompted in an email from Squarespace. However, each try leads me back to an error screen. The instructions outlined on the help page seem straightforward, so I believe I am following them correctly.
Could you please suggest an alternative method for updating the credit card billing details? Kindly refrain from sending me the instructions available on the website again as they have not been successful for me.

I accidentally paid Squarespace $[redacted].00 because of an email I received, thinking it was for my actual website, only to realize I had paid for a service I no longer use. I quickly cancelled the subscription and left the webpage up briefly to explain the situation. I have since requested a refund, which was over a week ago, but I have not received any response yet.

I recently canceled my website with Web.com and created a new one on Squarespace. I transferred my domain to Squarespace (brooklyndrivingschoolinc.com) and received the authorization from Web.com. Currently, when I search my domain online, the old site appears, but I'm hoping for my new Squarespace website to go live soon.

I am attempting to confirm ownership of my website domain "sprinkleofhappinessdonuts.com" with Google Sites. There are two verification steps involved. Firstly, it requires knowing my domain registrar/provider. I use Squarespace, but I am not able to locate it in the options, so I selected "other." The second step involves entering a TXT code in my domain's DNS settings. I added the code to the Advanced DNS settings on Squarespace but it did not work, even after trying periodically for a day. I also attempted verification with a CNAME code with no success. Could it be because I may have selected the wrong domain provider/registrar initially? Squarespace was not an option on the list, so I had to choose "other." Please advise accordingly.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card ending in ...[redacted] on 3/29/21 for [redacted].82. I previously had hosting for my website and email through HostGator. Recently, our marketing person decided to switch our website to Squarespace but we wanted to keep the email services with HostGator. However, after the domain transfer, it seems like the email MX records are now pointing to a server at Squarespace that cannot handle emails. HostGator provided some suggestions to fix the issue from the Squarespace side, but the changes have not taken effect yet even after 24 hours. I've been struggling to get support from Squarespace as their customer service seems to be unresponsive with an endless loop of login attempts and unmonitored email addresses. It's frustrating not knowing if anyone at Squarespace is working on resolving this matter.

Back in April [redacted], I bought a domain for $20.00 and signed up for a $28.00 account with Squarespace. I don't have an account with Square Space and find this intrusion on my personal funds unacceptable. I recently closed my shop and had canceled my website subscription at the end of June. Despite receiving an email confirmation on June 23 at [redacted], I noticed that I have been continuously charged $30 monthly, with the latest deduction on November 10.
