I was disappointed with my recent stay. Like others have mentioned, the hot tub was out of order. The pool was overcrowded, affecting our enjoyment. Online, it stated I could pay with cash upon arrival, which wasn't the case - I had to use my bank card, causing issues with my car payment. As a single mother traveling with two children on a tight budget, this was frustrating. Additionally, my card was charged $40 for incidental fees without prior notice. It would have been helpful to have this information disclosed beforehand. The lack of transparency led to an unpleasant experience. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I sought clarification on these matters. I regret choosing this hotel and would advise others to consider alternatives.

I had booked a room at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte University Research Park from 09/13 to 09/19. Unfortunately, I had to check out on 09/15 due to issues with cleanliness that did not meet Marriott Bonvoy's standards. The hotel management did not respond to my concerns or provide odor eliminators as requested. The level of dirt and odors in the room was unlike any other Marriott property I have stayed at before. To make matters worse, Marriott Bonvoy's customer care has not yet addressed my formal inquiries submitted on Tue, Sep 14, at 8:53 PM. Please see attached link for pictures and detailed descriptions.

I appreciate the opportunity to address the recent issue my family encountered during our stay. My reservation at SpringHill Suites in Orlando from October 30 to November 6 was overlooked due to family matters. Despite contacting the General Manager Lori Fitzgiven at [redacted] and leaving a voicemail, I faced challenges resolving the situation. Subsequently, engaging with Marriott Customer Care and later with General Manager Amber Kesely unintentionally exacerbated the confusion as they managed a different property. After receiving an unexpected charge of $[redacted].91 on November 6, I reached out to the accounting department at SpringHill Suites without much success. Currently, as of Sunday November 14, the issue remains unresolved, with limited assistance coming from Amber Kesely at the alternate property. I remain hopeful for a satisfactory resolution despite the initial oversight with cancelling my reservation promptly.

I wanted to share my recent experience at this hotel in Voorhees, N.J. On May 15th, during check-in, there was a lack of warmth in the welcome and the process felt lengthy, even though I was first in line. The check-in was handled by the manager. Despite this, my stay was enjoyable. The check-out on the same day led to confusion and the staff member was not very helpful or friendly. The information given was unclear, but the manager stepped in to offer a better explanation, although it still left me puzzled. The issue arose from checking in and out on the same day, which resulted in difficulty clarifying that no further payment was necessary and no return was needed the next day for check-out. It would have been simpler if they had just informed me that the check-out would be processed automatically.

I used to work at Springhill Suites in Huntersville, NC. Unfortunately, my experience there was quite unpleasant. I had to leave after just a week due to the terrible work conditions. As a woman, I was scheduled to work the busiest shift from 2 to 10pm without any proper training. On my second day, I found myself completely alone with no support or guidance, unsure if I was handling guest charges correctly. To make matters worse, the hotel had experienced vehicle break-ins, making it unsafe for me to be alone during the night shift. I was not allowed breaks or even to sit down, despite the extreme heat and inappropriate dress code. This job turned out to be the worst I've ever had, and after leaving, I struggled to receive my paycheck, with the management denying my employment and refusing to pay me. It's been almost two months, and I still have not been compensated.

On November 10, my family and I stayed at Springhill Suites in Statesboro, GA for one night. I accidentally left my On Cloud black sneakers and a small Lululemon bag with my toiletries. On Saturday, November 11, on my way home, I realized I had forgotten them. I called the hotel and was informed that someone would contact me. Despite calling daily, sometimes twice a day, I have not received any updates or attempts to return my items.
