I am 77 years old and not very familiar with technology, but I have used SpotHero before. Recently, I had theater tickets for a 2:00 p.m. show in Chicago and used SpotHero to find a parking garage. After entering a coupon code, I received a message about receiving extra time at no charge, which I didn't request. When I tried to park at 1:10, the app had already started the free time at 12:00, and I couldn't find a spot as it was past the designated time. Despite attempting to change the start time and trying different garages, I couldn't find a solution. I called at 1:20, but there was no answer, so I had to find another garage by 1:30, costing me $54 instead of the expected $16 with the code (ABLOOM). I believe my lack of familiarity with the app due to my age might have caused these issues. Can you provide guidance on how to navigate the system better and possibly assist with the increased garage cost?

My name is Dora Andrejszki. I planned to park at [redacted] E Wecker Drive from 11:30 am to 7 pm on Wednesday, May 22. Upon entering the parking garage, the gate opened, but I encountered a locked door inside. I needed to exit promptly, and the only way out was to scan my parking code, which resulted in a charge. Since the garage door inside never opened, I spent only 3-5 minutes inside before parking elsewhere. I kindly request a refund as I was not able to cancel my parking. Thank you.

Dear Customer Support, I am reaching out regarding a recent upsetting incident I experienced while using your app. Despite being a loyal and satisfied returning customer who connected my app to my Gmail account, I have noticed a significant flaw. The app does not automatically fill in my saved credit card and plate number details during transactions, leading to potential errors. This flaw caused a terrible experience yesterday when I paid for reserved parking until 10PM, only to find my car towed at that time. Dealing with the aftermath, including retrieving my car past midnight, organizing transportation to the towing lot, and incurring extra expenses, has left me feeling frustrated. I believe I should not be responsible for the fees resulting from this unfortunate situation. While your assistance cannot erase this negative experience entirely, it would alleviate some of my frustration and impact my decision to continue using your services. On September 21, [redacted], I made a reservation at [redacted] N Dearborn St from 8am to 6pm. I scanned the code to enter at around 7:30am, about 30 minutes earlier. However, at 6pm when we tried to leave, the code wouldn't work for scanning out. We had to pay an additional $23 on top of the original $12 cost. While I understand we entered early, I did not see any strict rules prohibiting it. I suggest declining entry if customers are not allowed in early. Also, when I attempted to adjust the entry time on the app, it was not possible. I hope for your understanding regarding this matter.
