I purchased a TR5000WN washer in July [redacted], but it stopped working in August. The repair service took a long time, which was frustrating. Recently, the top tub cover tore during a spin dry cycle. After contacting Adams Repair, they informed me it could take up to two months to get the parts, which is unacceptable since my wife uses the washer daily. We opted for Speed Queen due to its reputed durability, but are now regretting the decision. When I questioned Speed Queen about the parts delay, they assured me it wouldn't take so long. I've been caught in the middle between Speed Queen and the service provider trying to resolve this issue promptly. Despite contacting Adams Repair and Scott reaching out to Speed Queen for an estimated delivery time, the best they could offer was two weeks with no guarantee. It's disheartening to encounter these problems right after the purchase and to feel undervalued as a customer by Speed Queen. Their lack of urgency in addressing our concerns has left me very disappointed.

I bought this top load washer from AJ Madison on 03/12/[redacted]. Model number: AWNE82SP113TW01. Please let me know if you need the serial number. It has been working well until this weekend on 07/20/[redacted]. The washer now displays this code repeatedly: 00 ds tL 06. <-------- Not sure if it is actually "ds" or "d5". I have unplugged it overnight to try and reset it, but it continues to show the same code. After researching online, I couldn't find any information on these codes. I have experience as a chief engineer in the hospitality industry for 30 years and have maintained commercial SQ washers and dryers, so I am capable of fixing these machines. However, the lack of information on the error codes has me stumped. Can you please refer me to someone who can assist me with this? Thank you for your help. Eddy O.

Hello, my name is Sam. I experienced difficulties with the Speed Queen app yesterday. The app continuously froze and displayed network errors. I exited the app multiple times due to this issue. Regrettably, the app deducted $12 from my account. I am seeking a refund as I was unable to utilize the washing machine service. I started with $15, and now only have $3 left in my account. I ordered my new Speed Queen Washing Machine TR5 on March 1st from Lafferty's Home Center in Texarkana, TX. It was priced at $[redacted], but with delivery, installation, and hoses, the total came to $[redacted].38. Lafferty's hasn't received any Speed Queen washing machines from the manufacturer yet, and I'm growing anxious. I used my stimulus check for this purchase, as I've been eyeing a Speed Queen for years. Previously, the model I wanted was $[redacted], but I never managed to save enough until now. Unfortunately, my old washer broke down, and I can't risk going to a public laundromat due to health concerns. I bought a Speed Queen washer from Ralph Messina in September [redacted]. Since receiving it, I've had issues. Messina made three visits, but the washer still malfunctions. After washing, when it should start rinsing, the wash and rinse lights flash, halting the cycle with a burning rubber smell. I've wasted water rewashing. Messina contacted the support team thrice and followed their advice each time, but the problem persists. I'm frustrated as this is a new machine recommended as top-quality. We have observed a recurring issue with the Speed Queen large dryers Model STO75EREF5A2W01 and smaller model SSTT30EEOF5A2W01 worldwide. These dryers tend to generate static electricity when drying large microfiber towels. The drums, seemingly made of a coated carbon steel or porcelain material, are less conductive of static electricity. The manufacturer has advised against using dryer sheets as it may damage the towels prematurely. Grounding the rotating drums could potentially alleviate this issue. As an engineer, I am seeking advice from other professionals who have encountered and resolved similar problems. Any input or recommendations on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I have funds loaded on my Speed Queen app using my debit card, but I cannot transfer the money from one laundromat to another through the app. The app has no live customer service support, and they are directing me to the individual laundromat owner at the location I am not present at for a refund. The money is still within the Speed Queen app, waiting for me to use it elsewhere. I am seeking a resolution to this issue and a contact number to speak to someone who can help. It is frustrating that the app does not allow easy transfer between locations, especially since its purpose is to make laundry payments convenient and digital.

I would like to request that the option to control the duration of the washing cycle for delicate items on the Handwash setting be made available for customers similar to the flexibility provided with commercial machines. Instead of the current 18.30 minute default, it is preferable to have the ability to decrease it to 3-5 minutes, aligning better with handwashing practices that are gentler on delicate garments. This adjustment would be especially beneficial for delicate and expensive clothing that require a more tailored and shorter washing duration to prevent excessive wear and fading. Kindly consider implementing this feature for improved user control on Delicate and Handwash cycles. Your assistance in forwarding this suggestion to the machine designers is greatly appreciated.
