On either September 23 or 24, I made an order, #[redacted]98, with Bloomingdales through Rapid Rewards and received the promised [redacted] points. Bloomingdales notified me of a mistake as the luggage was on backorder. They allowed me to reorder over the phone for a different color without losing my Rapid Rewards points. I repurchased the item under a new order, #[redacted], at the same price. I'm concerned about losing my earned points due to the store's error. Please verify that my points will not be removed.

I booked a vacation trip to Paris Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon on March 15-17 through southwest.com concierge using Rapid Rewards points. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and ultimately canceled due to weather conditions that were beyond our control. I have been trying to get a refund of $[redacted].18 for canceling my reservation at Paris Las Vegas hotel. Southwest claims it was booked through booking.com, but booking.com denies this. I've been going back and forth since April without a resolution. My daughter, Whitney M., made the booking with the following details: Booking number #WK9NS9, Rewards number [redacted]5. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Could you please assist me in redeeming all my points for a Target gift card? I find it exhausting to continue this back-and-forth communication over email and phone for months without a resolution. I am experiencing significant issues trying to buy your advertised gift cards using my Rapid Rewards points. It has been 4 days of frustration. I receive various error messages including my points not being valid, incorrect sign-in details, and being told the office is closed during regular hours. The idea of the gift cards being sent through regular mail concerns me due to the risk involved, similar to mailing cash. The potential 28-day delivery timeframe adds to the dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot find assistance, leading to feelings of anger and powerlessness. This experience has left me questioning the quality of service provided. It is understandable why SouthWest's reputation may be on the decline.
