As a long-time subscriber of over 12 years, I have relied on the Sentinel for quite some time now. Recently, I've been experiencing issues with the delivery service. While the paper used to be consistently delivered to my front door, it seems that a new driver has changed this routine. I am a handicapped individual and depend on the paper being brought directly to my door. I pay for delivery and it’s important that it is left at my doorstep for my convenience. I kindly request that the delivery person continues to bring the paper to my front door moving forward. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble with the subscription popup that keeps appearing whenever I try to read an article in the daily digest. Even after logging in, the issue persists, forcing me to use the full daily paper to avoid it. I usually prefer to scan the digest and choose articles to read. This has been an ongoing problem for months. I recently received a notification regarding changes in my bill and am considering canceling my subscription unless this issue can be resolved. I subscribe to four other online papers without facing this problem. If I continue to be harassed to subscribe, I may have to discontinue reading your publication as it is not up to par compared to others I subscribe to.

I have been experiencing issues with receiving my newspaper for the past four months. Despite making payments on time this year, I have only been receiving one or two papers a week, and now I haven't received any for several months. My account number is [redacted]92, and I have lodged complaints online multiple times since March when the problem began. I'm puzzled as to why I am being billed for a service I have not been receiving.

I did not receive the Sunday paper for 8/20/23 as expected. I only subscribe to the Sunday paper and have recently settled my bill. I was assured that my subscription would resume, but the paper did not arrive in the morning. Upon calling to report the problem and request a replacement, the promised delivery did not occur. When I called on 8/21 to speak with a customer service representative, I had to follow the delivery issue protocol and was compensated for the missed delivery. However, I am dissatisfied that I was not able to connect with customer service directly. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Michael B., [redacted], [redacted]

I purchased a subscription for TV Weekly on July 17, [redacted], but did not receive it in my newspaper delivery on August 20. I contacted the Sun Sentinel on August 21, and despite my inquiries, the representative could not assist me immediately. A request was made for delivery on August 27, but unfortunately, the TV Weekly was still missing from today's delivery. I am frustrated as I rely on the schedule to plan my viewing and recording. I am eager to resolve this quickly as I dislike missing out on knowing what programs are airing each night.

Once more, like last week, I did not receive the paper. There was no paper delivered last Sunday or today, on Thanksgiving day. I previously reached out via text about this issue and have not received a response. Today, when I called to report the redelivery problem and provided my name, address, and phone number, I was informed that my subscription could not be found. Every month, it seems there are issues with the delivery. Despite expressing that we do not use the digital version, neither I nor my husband, as senior citizens, receive the paper after being told it would be sent. I am looking for a resolution to this problem and a response.
