I received a pair of Women’s Emelie™ Conquest Boots as a Christmas gift, and I absolutely love them. Unfortunately, I have noticed that after wearing them for about a month, the laces started fraying due to sharp loops, causing them to rip. Recently, one lace on a shoe ripped, followed by the other a few days later. I had to knot them, but now I struggle to tighten them properly as the knot won't fit through the loops. I am not happy with how it looks. I am uncertain if this is a common issue, but I would appreciate a new pair of laces. I fear this may happen repeatedly, which is disappointing given the cost of the boots. I kindly request either a few sets of laces or assurance that I can receive free replacements in the future. My boots are in the color major. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of the Joan Of Arctic wedge II in Taupe in November [redacted]. Unfortunately, by January, I noticed significant discoloration and the shoe laces have started to fray and are close to breaking. The shoes have also stretched so much that they no longer fit properly, even when tightly laced. I attempted to have them professionally cleaned by a cobbler, but the discolorations could not be removed. I'm unsure how to clean them myself, and they look quite worn after only a few months. I'm also wondering if replacement shoelaces are available in the correct color once mine break. I was considering purchasing the shorter slip-on pair in black but I'm concerned about potential stretching issues.

I own the Sorel Joan of Arctic Wedge shearling boots and I am disappointed in the quality of the fur on one of the boots. Despite caring for them well, the shearling on one foot is almost nonexistent while the other remains fluffy. I have attached photos for reference. I received these boots as a gift from my husband last Christmas and they are among the most expensive shoes I own. I have only worn them occasionally, and the deterioration of one boot's fur after such a short time is unexpected. I have since purchased two more pairs of Sorel boots because I love their style, but I hope this issue with the shearling is an anomaly. I would appreciate assistance in replacing the affected boot or the pair if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Krista M.

I received my recent order, and unfortunately, there seems to be a discrepancy in the sizing of the two pairs of shoes I received, both marked as size 14. One pair measures a significant 5/8" shorter than the other and even shorter than another size 14 Sorel shoe I have. I am confident it is not the correct size. I am interested in exchanging it for the proper size. However, I encountered an issue on the Returns Page as it requested a $7.00 return postage fee, which I believe should not apply since this was a mistake on the seller's end. I attempted to contact Customer Service but was informed of a lengthy [redacted]-minute wait time, which is quite inconvenient for me.

Good evening, I recently purchased the Sorel Evie size 8 at the DSW store in Poughkeepsie. Upon wearing them for the first time, my husband noticed a large stain on the left shoe. Initially, I thought it was part of the suede material, but it turned out to be a significant stain. I contacted both the DSW store I bought them from and another nearby location. Unfortunately, the customer service at the nearby store was rude, and they do not have the shoe available in my size anywhere. I am very disappointed as I had been saving for months to afford these shoes after losing my job due to COVID and having a baby. The shoes are quite expensive, and it saddens me to only have worn them once. The service I received at DSW has made me hesitant to shop there again. I adore the shoe and the Sorel company but feel let down by DSW's response. I hope that Sorel could assist me in this matter as I truly appreciate their product. Thank you for your time. I recently requested a warranty service for my boots purchased less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the seams are developing holes in multiple areas, causing me to doubt the quality of the product. Sorel responded to my warranty claim, advising me to send the boots for inspection, a process that will last 4-6 weeks. However, going without winter boots during an Ohio winter is impractical. I would appreciate hearing about possible solutions from Sorel, such as a replacement or merchandise credit to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I bought a pair of Sorel Joan of Arctic boots two years ago after saving up for them. Choosing Sorel was important because I wanted quality and durability. Finally, at 60, I could enjoy warm, dry feet all winter. Unfortunately, recently I discovered a 3-inch split in my right boot between the rubber and sole, causing a wet sock. I usually wear them to the bus stop and for daily errands, not for hiking. While I've temporarily fixed the split with glue and waterproof tape, I'm disappointed as I hoped these would be my last winter boots. I've recommended Sorel to many, impressed by its reputation for lasting years. I'm not expecting a solution, just sharing my experience. Perhaps, improving quality control could prevent these issues for others. Thank you for your attention. Merri C. Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Happy holidays everyone! During checkout, I didn't see an option for expedited shipping, only standard. I'm heading to a colder area and urgently need winter boots. I depart Thursday, the 29th in the afternoon. Though the estimated shipping day is the same, I'd really like assurance of receiving them before or early Thursday. I hope we can arrange this. Order number: [redacted]19. Many thanks, G.T.

I am a 59-year-old female teacher who has relied on a pair of size 9 Sorel Timberwolfs for 15 years due to severe plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, it seems that these boots are no longer in production. Despite my efforts searching on various platforms, I have been unable to find a used pair. I am interested in knowing if there are any available for purchase. Additionally, the rubber part of my current boots is splitting, but I have resorted to using duct tape to keep them together as the soles still provide relief for my foot pain. I would like to inquire about the possibility of sending them to Sorel for repair in the spring, even if I have to cover the cost. Lastly, I am curious if there are any current Sorel boots with a similar supportive sole that could alleviate my plantar fasciitis like the Timberwolfs do. I appreciate your attention to my situation. - Karen
