After receiving a shipping notification with a tracking number, I discovered the number was invalid. Even though Paypal claims the item was delivered on July 2, I have not received it. Unfortunately, Paypal denied my claim. I suspect the company, "Delgado LLC," is part of a scam still ongoing under different names. I've heard similar complaints from others. The post office is investigating, but their explanation of leaving the sewing machine by or in my mailbox is unrealistic given its location beside a ditch. A few days back, I visited Singer.com and came across some fantastic deals. I purchased a Quantum Stylist [redacted], which was originally $[redacted].99 but on sale for $99.99. I used my debit card for the transaction, and the amount was immediately deducted from our account. The next day, the price mysteriously changed to $[redacted].00 with no explanation, even though it was supposed to include free shipping. We received an email from PayPal a couple of days later with a tracking number indicating the item had been shipped. However, when we tracked it, it showed as delivered on July 10 to a different address for a 12 oz. package. This situation feels like a scam, especially since PayPal is now involved. I've been a loyal user of Singer machines for years, even inheriting my Grandmother's [redacted] Singer machine. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Hello, my wife is experiencing a problem with the needle not moving when the foot pedal is engaged on our new Singer [redacted] sewing machine. We are able to move the needle manually with the hand crank, but there is no response when using the foot pedal. I recently purchased the Singer Stylist Model [redacted] sewing machine and encountered an issue during my first use. After following the instructions in the manual, specifically on page 24 regarding "Picking up bobbin thread," I encountered error code E5 along with a beeping sound when lowering the needle counterclockwise as instructed. I own a Singer Serger, Making the Cut, S0230.
Unfortunately, the right side needle broke while I was sewing. I attempted to replace it by unscrewing the right side hex screws with an Allen wrench. Regrettably, I accidentally unscrewed one too much, and it fell out.
I have been unsuccessful in finding a replacement hex screw online. I would greatly appreciate if Singer Company could send me a few hex screws to secure the new needle in place.
I want to clarify that I specifically need the hex screws that hold the needle in place, not the Allen wrenches.
Despite my attempts to seek assistance through live chat, the representative was not able to understand my issue and kept mentioning a computer. Consequently, I ended the chat.

I followed the instructions in my sewing machine manual and lubricated the bottom, but it's still making a lot of noise, sometimes even a chirping sound. Around 20 years ago, over the phone, a Singer representative mentioned to me that my Singer (red eye) sewing machine was manufactured in May [redacted]. It sits on a 7-drawer oak cabinet with the serial number G4C [redacted] located on the plate in front of the body, to the left of the flywheel. Despite hours of online research, I haven't been able to pinpoint its production date and origin or determine its value. The oak cabinet retains its original finish and is in excellent condition. After having the machine professionally serviced and adding a new belt, I recall my parents purchasing it brand new in Cleveland around [redacted] or [redacted]. I have fond memories of learning to sew on this machine at around 11 or 12 years of age. However, the serial number doesn't align with any existing online records. I'm eager to discover more about when and where it was manufactured.

My brand new Singer C7220, a gift from my husband purchased at Joanns, was faulty right out of the box. Despite my disappointment with its quality, I encountered an issue where it wouldn't stitch in reverse as intended. After attempting to troubleshoot, I returned it to Joanns, but they declined the return due to their policy on opened items. 1. I did not receive a manual for the M3500/m3505. The website mentions downloading it, but our internet connection is unreliable. Can a printed English version be sent to me?
2. While threading the machine, the movable part on the left side seemed misaligned. I had to remove the side cover and adjust its position.

I recently purchased a Singer [redacted] sewing machine from JoAnn's Fabrics. However, after just a few inches of sewing, the machine started to bind up.
