I experienced issues with my photo book, Order #: [redacted]35-[redacted]. There was a text box under a photo I couldn't see, print across a photo, and a photo corner in the middle of another picture. I contacted support through chat and sent photos for reference. However, the new print still contains errors on the "Final correction Family History" copy in my cart. I would appreciate if the corrected version could be reprinted. I purchased three wood collages from your shop, each sent to different addresses. Unfortunately, the other recipients have received their orders over a week ago, but I am still eagerly waiting for mine. Despite my order status showing as complete, it has been 20 days since they were shipped on December 4th. This delay is especially disappointing as the collages were intended as Christmas gifts. I acknowledge the challenges caused by Covid-19, but the prolonged wait for my item feels unacceptable. I remain hopeful to receive my order, even if it's post-holidays. Thank you.

I placed an order for pictures on December 5th, but I have yet to receive them. The tracking information provided by Shutterfly, UPS, and Mail Innovations is inconsistent. One website even states that the package has been delivered. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service. Despite multiple chat interactions assuring me that the package would arrive before Christmas, it is now Christmas and I still have not received it. I request that my order be remade at no extra cost and sent to me with expedited shipping. This situation is unacceptable.

I received a picture puzzle that had peeling paper, and I'd like to request a replacement. I've been attempting to contact customer service for days, but the phone line seems to be down. This puzzle was a Christmas gift for my daughter, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly. On another note, I had trouble taking advantage of the nine cent picture offer as they wanted to charge me $16 for delivery, which is more than the pictures cost. This seems unreasonable, and I would appreciate assistance with this matter too. Thank you.

On December 9th, I utilized the offer for free photo books and placed an order for 9 books under Order# [redacted]77-[redacted]0. The books were shipped on December 15th, and I received 6 of them by December 17th. The remaining 3 were tracked to Mesquite, TX, likely due to package damage. Without seeing the extent of the damage, I didn't return them. I reached out to a representative on Shutterfly's website via chat around December 23rd or 24th and explained my situation (Case# [redacted]9). The representative kindly offered me 3 free 8x11 books with free shipping, but they were generic 8x11 books, not the ones I originally ordered with extra pages. I am hoping to receive the books I paid for originally without additional charges, given the deal I initially utilized on December 9th.

I made a purchase on 11/23/[redacted] for Christmas cards. I received a confirmation but never got the cards. Despite being told they were on the way and should arrive by 12/7, the USPS has no record of the package. Contacting Shutterfly has been impossible via customer service or online chat. I even ordered New Year's cards which arrived while the Christmas ones didn't. Multiple attempts to reach Shutterfly have failed as no one is available by phone or online. I purchased a Groupon deal with 2 free books included, but I am having trouble with the promo code. Each time I try to apply it, I receive an error message stating that the code is invalid or has been used. This has been a recurring issue for me throughout the year. As a long-time customer who has bought nearly [redacted] books from your company using Groupon without any problems, I am familiar with how to redeem these offers. I placed an order for $[redacted] and was supposed to receive 4 freebies from Shutterfly. However, during checkout, the system said the offer had expired. I want to ask Shutterfly to honor the freebies as initially promised. It's frustrating to encounter this issue after designing the freebies and placing them in my cart. I have three questions about my calendar project: 1) Will enlarging an uploaded photo beyond the template box result in a printed size or will the system crop it? 2) Is there an option to print on the backside of the last page of a wall calendar, or will it be automatically white? 3) How can I align the template boxes in the layout without a visible grid? Can someone assist in centering a photo on specific pages?

However, I am encountering issues with copying my text into the text boxes. Certain characters like fractions are not being accepted when I paste them, for instance, 1/2 appearing as 12. I have encountered multiple issues with the live chat service around six times regarding my card orders. The typo "three Orders family" instead of "the Orders family" persists despite assurances that the corrected cards with free expedited shipping would be ready for me. Unfortunately, the promised shipping benefit is missing, and I am adamant about receiving both expedited shipping and the previous free offer. The live chats have been unhelpful, leaving my problem unresolved. My address is [redacted] N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ [redacted]. Email correspondence has also been an ongoing problem, as they mistakenly address me at Christy [redacted] while acknowledging my old email as [redacted] The incorrect cards are still in my cart, and I urge for a swift resolution with expedited shipping. The initial cards arrived early last week with Aarron, but the latest ones, received last night, were incorrect. Despite spending a significant amount of time in chats, my issue remains unresolved.

I have received the printed picture Christmas cards, but unfortunately, the name is not imprinted at the bottom as requested. Instead of "The S -," it should read "The Sandgren Family," as discussed during the approval stage with Andrew over the phone. To rectify this, I would like to request a reprint of 75 cards with the correct name displayed. Alternatively, a refund would be acceptable if reprinting is not possible. It is crucial that the correct name is present on the cards before sending them out to friends and family. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

My order was shipped on November 30th, but it is still showing as in Smyrna, TN without any further updates. This order is for my grandson's picture book, and it appears to be lost. An agent mentioned she would look into it and email me, but I have not received any updates. Every time I call, the computers seem to be down, and I get the same unhelpful response. If this is not resolved, I will have to involve my credit card company to stop the payment on my orders. I refuse to pay for items that I have not received due to the lack of customer service.

My daughter-in-law mistakenly used the wrong email address for my order. I became aware of this when a person from AZ contacted me about receiving the confirmation for my purchase. I am trying to determine if my order is placed and its current status. My order number [redacted]39-[redacted], placed on 12/9, has been stuck at the Collinsville IL post office with a status of "pending acceptance" since 12/14. This has caused a delay, and I fear I won't get it in time for Christmas card mailing. I visited the post office, and they couldn't locate it, mentioning the pending acceptance status as the reason. I am requesting a refund for this inconvenience. My online chat session ended abruptly while discussing the issue, and the $30 gift card offered does not adequately compensate for the significant amount spent on these cards, which seem to be lost.

I have been meticulously working on a photo book project. Recently, I encountered an issue where a page that was previously completed went missing. It seemed to have been replaced with random photos instead. Oddly, the original photos that should have been on that page were still marked as used in the book, yet they were not showing up on other pages. I attempted to backtrack using the "undo" function to retrieve the missing page but realized I had gone too far back, and the page was still missing. Is there a method to recover the page in its intended form or at least preview how it originally appeared?

I have attempted to contact Shutterfly multiple times regarding my order #[redacted]66-[redacted]. It was scheduled for delivery on the 15th, but after not receiving it, I reached out for an update. Despite being promised a replacement, it has not arrived yet. I am disappointed in the lack of response and the fact that my gift remains undelivered, affecting our holiday plans. The tracking information has not been updated either. I am frustrated with the customer service and am now required to look for an alternative gift. This incident has soured my day, as I cannot contact Shutterfly until the 26th. This is not the first time I have faced shipping issues with Shutterfly, dating back to [redacted], showing a lack of improvement in their services despite repeated problems.

In my recent order placed on 12/20/21 with order number #[redacted]50-[redacted], I purchased 1 pack of 75 cards and envelopes and four packs of 24 address labels. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the 75 Christmas/New Year's cards. While I did receive one set of 24 labels, I was expecting to receive four sets of 24, totaling 96 address labels. Therefore, I am missing 72 address labels. These labels are not year-specific, and I would appreciate it if you could refund the cards and send me the missing 72 address labels. Regarding the calendars, I was wondering if they are bound by spiral metal or plastic spirals. I intend to send them to my family members and friends, and some of them are in a facility that does not allow metal spirals due to safety concerns. If the calendars are not bound by plastic spirals either, could I request for the spiral binding to be omitted and replaced with staple attachments or a plastic essay binder? I've encountered an issue with my current project. There is a window that has appeared and is obstructing my view of the document. I have attempted to proceed with my work, but it's proving to be challenging to create the pages effectively with this obstruction. Additionally, the website only downloaded a partial selection of pictures instead of the entire group I require for my book. I am frustrated with this situation and will need assistance. I hope to receive support tomorrow, and I kindly request that the discount I intended to use tonight can be extended for me to take advantage of.

I am disappointed with Shutterfly. I have spent multiple nights fixing errors in my book, and finally got it to where I wanted it, with fixed photos, captions, and cover to cover. However, I was shocked to find blank pages, wrong captions, and changed photos when I previewed it the next morning. The cover showing my aunt with my grandfather's name was particularly frustrating. This book was a tribute to my distinguished ancestors, using over [redacted] black & white photos to commemorate their lives. Please do not replace low-resolution photos with others or change them to color without consent. I have two other photobooks that I cannot open due to browser compatibility issues. How can I resolve this to access my projects?
