I subscribed to Showtime via my Smart Samsung TV using Roku and paid $10.99 including tax through PayPal. I paid for the monthly subscription on December 10, [redacted], not realizing I had already used the free one-month trial. Despite being charged, I noticed I cannot watch "The L Word: Generation Q" live or on DVR. The season expires on December 10, and I am unable to access the show as expected.

The show "Inside the NFL" has significantly changed from its time on HBO. There are new guests regularly, which is expected. The current host, noted for not having played in the league, interrupts the guests frequently, displaying unprofessionalism. The former players engage in unnecessary yelling, resembling immature behavior. These aspects make the show unpleasant to watch, prompting a channel change. It is necessary to address these issues with the host and ex-players for improvements to be made.

I paid $50 for the Paul vs. Mayweather UFC fight the other night. I was extremely frustrated when I couldn't watch it because the app on my phone, as well as signing in through my web browser on my phone, and then trying on my laptop, all didn't work. I want a refund because I couldn't watch it due to errors on your site. I subscribed and was excited to use your platform, but now I'm just frustrated and really want my money back for the fight.

Hello, I'm reaching out about the Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather fight. On Sunday night, I decided to purchase the fight for entertainment. While watching the undercard fight, the website crashed multiple times. Despite understanding the high traffic causing the crash, I encountered difficulties accessing the fight again. I've been persistently attempting to resolve this issue since Sunday night, forwarding emails and images of my correspondence without receiving a response. I have been a subscriber to Showtime for quite some time. Recently, I received a notification that I could combine Paramount+ with my subscription for $11.99 per month. My Showtime account indicates this offer but instructs me to visit ParamountPlus.com to activate it. However, upon trying to sign in, the website prompts me to choose a subscription plan of $4.99 or $9.99 monthly for Paramount+. I am confused as to why I can't access Paramount+ since I am already paying for it through this bundle.

I signed up for the Showtime free 30-day trial and was offered a discounted rate for the following 3 months. However, after my trial ended, I was unexpectedly charged for a full year at full price without my consent. I have attempted to contact customer service through the online chat, but it disappears every time I try to reach out. I am frustrated and seeking help in resolving this issue. I am dissatisfied with the streaming service quality and am not interested in continuing at full price. Please provide an alternative way to contact customer service. I canceled my Showtime subscription months ago, and I no longer see the logo box to access the channel on my TV. However, upon checking my bank statements, I noticed that I've been continuously charged for the service, despite not using it for over a year. I have Paramount Plus and Showtime in a bundle for $14.99 a month. I am unable to access Showtime as it requests a separate subscription, which I refuse to pay. This would mean double-paying for Showtime, which is unfair. I am not willing to pay extra for customer support as I had a bad experience before where $[redacted] was mistakenly withdrawn from my account for a $1 query. This caused my account to be overdrawn and subsequently closed. I am frustrated about not receiving the service I am paying for and seeking clarification on accessing both Paramount Plus and Showtime together or if I should cancel Paramount.

I have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times, yet charges continue to be attempted on my card. I lack the funds on the specified card, and despite cancelling, the charges persist. I have no use for Showtime and did not intend for ongoing charges. How can I ensure the charges cease? I desire to remove my card completely to avoid further issues. Showtime services are undesired and unused, and I seek a resolution to prevent any future charges.

I'm reaching out about the TV series "The Borgias" which was abruptly cancelled by Showtime before its final season aired. As a devoted fan of the show, I am curious about the fate of the characters whose stories I have followed closely. The sudden end was truly disappointing, and I believe that such a fantastic series deserves a proper conclusion. Despite the passing years since its cancellation, I still wish to learn how each character's journey ultimately concludes.
