I attempted to buy two tickets to see $uicideboy$ last night in Michigan for $[redacted]. When I entered my information, it showed only one ticket available after I proceeded. I decided to buy just one ticket for $[redacted], but there was no confirmation screen until after I bought the single ticket. Following the transaction, I was charged $[redacted] for the one ticket and then a few minutes later, I was also charged $[redacted] for the initial tickets. I only needed two tickets but now have three. I contacted Ticket Master, who redirected me to you. The one ticket for $[redacted] did not work and I couldn't use it. To resolve this, I need a refund for one of the tickets, as I believe this issue resulted from a glitch in your system. The incorrect amount charged to my account was $[redacted].88.

I am extremely frustrated at the moment. I had a negative experience with SeatGeek in the past. Today, I tried to use it again, but encountered the same issue. I bought two tickets, but the process glitched. It accepted my payment, yet I did not receive the tickets. I tried once more, and the same thing happened - glitch, payment taken, no tickets. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. I urgently require my tickets and a refund. The event is taking place today in just a few hours.

I bought Grambling tickets for last Saturday's game via SeatGeek on September 23rd. I have proof of purchase as I used Cash App for the transaction. On the day of the event, we tried to use the tickets at the game, but they were no longer available. When I checked the Grambling website for my events, the game was listed, but it showed that I didn't have any tickets when I tried to verify them. I can provide pictures of the order and the Cash App transaction if needed. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] since I couldn't enter the game due to the missing tickets.

I purchased a parking pass for the Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings game in Green Bay on the 29th for my son-in-law and grandsons' senior trip gift. I mistakenly entered the wrong email address on my account and order. I inputted [redacted] instead of my actual email [redacted] Due to this error, my tickets were sent to an email I cannot access. Consequently, I am unable to retrieve the tickets for TODAY's game. I require assistance in having the tickets resent to my correct email and adjusting my account email for any future purchases.

I bought two tickets on 10/24 to watch the Phillies play against the Texas Rangers in game 5. Unfortunately, the Phillies were eliminated from the playoffs, so I didn't cancel the tickets. I requested a refund to Affirm instead of a credit for a cancellation. If a full refund is not possible, I will seek legal advice.

I mistakenly purchased tickets for the wrong date and now need to return them through SeatGeek. When I originally bought the tickets, SeatGeek sent me a link to claim them, which led me to 2 tickets on AXS without needing to create an AXS account.
