I had a technician check my AC unit today, and they found that the compressor is bad. I signed for the part at no extra cost, but I already paid $[redacted].41 for the labor. The issue is the technician can't do the repair until September 19th. I live in Texas where the temperatures are extremely high. I'm 62 years old with health problems, and my daughter and son are working and studying from home, which is difficult for them and our pets. It feels like an oven here after 12pm. I have a Master Protection Agreement scheduled to expire on 3/21/[redacted], with contract number [redacted][redacted]. On August 21, [redacted], I requested a repair for my clothes dryer, but despite being told a technician would come on August 23, no one arrived or called. I tried to reach Sears by phone without success. M&M Factory Service, the appliance provider, rescheduled for September 6, which was delayed twice without arrival. They explained the delays due to a technician's medical emergency, postponing until September 25, totaling a wait time of 1 1/2 months. Feeling this was unreasonable despite my annual agreement, frustration arose from inability to contact a real person. Consequently, I engaged a local repair service, which promptly fixed the dryer in 5 minutes within two days. I seek reimbursement for this service with a bill available upon request. I ordered a part from Sears Parts on August 24th, but it never arrived. After checking my order history, I found out that the order was canceled without me being notified. I was told that a refund would be issued, but I have yet to receive it. I called last weekend and was informed that the credit would be processed, but it has been 5 days and I still haven't received it. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue.

I had an appointment on Thursday, September 21, [redacted] with a Sears repairman to fix my washing machine. A few weeks ago, he came by, checked my washer and dryer, and ordered parts for my washer. The parts arrived the following week. He set a date to return and repair my washer, but mentioned he needed another person to assist in moving the washer. I received a notice to reschedule for Friday, September 22. Despite waiting all day yesterday and today, no one contacted me, and my appointment time remained unchanged. Even after checking at 7:30 PM, the status was the same. I've been unable to reach a real person from Sears over the phone, so I'm unsure how to proceed.

My LG Bottom Freezer refrigerator has not been working since July. Several technicians have come, replaced the compressor twice, and recently installed a fan that was not working. The latest installment was on Friday, October 6th, but the refrigerator remains the same. No technician has been able to identify the real issue. Two appointments scheduled for this week have already been canceled without any reason. Today I have a new appointment, but they have already begun changing the technician's arrival time. I have no way of confirming if they will show up as this has happened with the previous two appointments that were later canceled. I want to know if the equipment can be repaired or if I can file a complaint with the manufacturer since it is only two years old.

On October 5th, I requested a technician from Sears to check my refrigerator that was not working. The technician identified a problem and offered to sell me the part, which I paid for online for over $[redacted]. After three weeks, the part never arrived. Every time I called, they said they would reorder it as it was out of stock. After a month of weekly calls with no progress, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They agreed but claimed it would take 15 days to process. Despite following up for three weeks, they keep telling me to submit a written request as they can't process it verbally. They promised a supervisor would contact me, but there has been no response. I feel Sears has scammed me and is now avoiding refunding my money.

I arranged for a repair service for my dishwasher. The technician arrived and indicated a part was needed. After purchasing the part, the technician returned with the wrong one. The customer service team refunded me for the part but not the initial $99 service charge. They were then supposed to order the correct part but failed to do so before the next technician visit. I had to provide my credit card information again. Now, I have to wait until November 15th for the next appointment. I am requesting a refund for the $99 service charge. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service quality throughout this process.

The service technician looked at my Gladiator freezer model GAFZ21XXRK01, stating that he needed to order a compressor. He then worked on my Maytag refrigerator model MF12568AES, which was not cooling adequately before his arrival. He assured me it was fixed, but soon after leaving, the refrigerator made noise and was warm. I have made numerous calls to Sears with no resolution. The appliances were functional before the technician's visit, but now they do not work, resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars of food. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
