I purchased a dresser, but realized it won't fit in my room before it shipped. I informed the seller beforehand, and Seers assured me they were handling it. I received the dresser, and it's too big for my room and I can't move it upstairs. Seers originally said not to worry as it was early, but now I'm unsure how to proceed with returning it without a response. Need assistance with filing the return. Order number [redacted]25. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I'm Tahreer J. from [redacted] Paradise Circle. I've been a satisfied customer for almost 2 years. Recently, I encountered an issue with my refrigerator that has been ongoing since November 17. Despite previous technician visits and parts being ordered, the problem remains unresolved. The latest technician found out the incorrect parts were ordered and the whole door needs replacement. I am disappointed as promised follow-up calls were not received, and my claim was wrongly marked as resolved online. The leaking refrigerator door has been causing food to mold, resulting in significant food wastage. I urge for immediate resolution as the delay is frustrating. I request a refund of the deductible for the service and replacement of the doors. Another technician advised against fixing the refrigerator, classifying it as unsalvageable. This whole situation is upsetting, especially as I'm unable to host New Year's festivities as planned due to this ongoing issue with the refrigerator I purchased from Sears.

I own a Samsung Dishwasher with serial number B03ZG8DKC03753L. The blue light started coming on before Thanksgiving, causing the dishwasher to malfunction. I followed online troubleshooting advice, like turning it off and on and ensuring the drain was clear, but it didn't solve the issue. Home Depot, where I bought it three years ago, stated it was out of warranty and couldn't help. After various unsuccessful attempts with different repairmen, I finally scheduled an assessment with Sears for December 14th, paying $[redacted] upfront for the diagnostic appointment. The repairman, Dennis, charged me a total of $[redacted].66 on-site for parts and labor. Despite receiving the part on December 22nd, I struggled for weeks to schedule a follow-up appointment due to unavailability. Eventually, after requesting a refund for the prepaid service charges, the representative assured me it would be processed within 48 to 72 hours. Disappointed with the service, I had a local repairman fix the dishwasher using the part I had purchased. I look forward to receiving my refund of $[redacted].62 and wish to file a formal complaint about my unsatisfactory experience with Sears Repair. My attempts to contact customer service were futile, adding to my frustration. The entire process was extremely frustrating. Thank you. Alisha H. From Magnolia, Arkansas.

Dear Sears Customer Service, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding my recent purchase. In December, my fridge was delivered without the kickplate. Despite placing an order for the part on December 11th, it has not been received. When attempting to contact the parts department, I have faced difficulties with the automated system, which eventually leads to disconnection. Moreover, online checks do not reflect my order status, adding to the frustration of this situation. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter and expediting the delivery of the missing part. Waiting over a month without any updates after paying for a service is extremely disappointing. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Rosanna

Hello. I recently purchased an item from sears.com, but unfortunately, it did not fit the space I had intended for it. I had to go through the process of returning the item, as instructed to do so by shipping it back to the marketplace seller. Despite packaging the item in its original packaging and spending $82 to ship it back via UPS on 1/5, the package was returned to me on 1/10 with damage. The note stated that the receiver had moved and the item could not be delivered, resulting in the shipment being returned to me in pieces. I am seeking a refund for the $[redacted].04 cost of the item and the $82 shipping fee, as the item was returned in an unusable condition. Thank you. Hayley C.

On November 16, [redacted], a technician repaired my Kenmore refrigerator ice maker. Unfortunately, after his visit, the ice maker still did not work as expected. I was initially charged $[redacted].95, which was paid via credit card. Following up, the same technician returned on December 7, [redacted], and successfully fixed the issue. I have since received a bill for $[redacted].93 for the December visit from Transform MIDCO LLC. Despite providing proof of a zero balance through my receipt, dated December 28, [redacted], I have received additional bills from Transform MIDCO and have responded to each via email. However, no acknowledgment or response has been received. As an 86-year-old widow, this situation is causing me significant distress. I am seeking a timely resolution and request acknowledgment of my communication to prevent any negative impact on my credit score.

Yesterday, the SEARS technician that came to my home to inspect the faulty ice maker in my refrigerator informed me that it needed to be replaced, which would cost around $[redacted]. He also recommended purchasing a warranty, but I opted not to proceed with the repair or the warranty. Today, when a different company's technician assessed the same issue, they quickly discovered that the ice maker was simply turned off. It is now functioning properly without the need for any further repairs. I am requesting a full refund of the $[redacted].95 labor and trip costs for the initial visit since the problem was not accurately diagnosed. I have the necessary documentation to support my request and I hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Dishwasher Warranty Concern: I have a service contract for four Sears appliances since [redacted], renewed in September [redacted] for $[redacted].31. A technician visited on Jan 30, [redacted], and determined the dishwasher repair wasn't possible, so I should receive a replacement per the warranty. Since then, there has been no update from Sears, and when I contacted the technician, they advised me to follow up myself. I've been unsuccessful in reaching a customer service representative through various phone numbers. I urgently need a resolution to proceed with getting a new dishwasher. Contact me at [redacted]. Regards, B.K.

I bought a refrigerator from Sears in Sheridan, Wyoming in September [redacted], but it had issues right away. The local Sears store (Sears Hometown #[redacted]) hasn't been helpful. Despite declining their warranty, when I mentioned the problems, the owner was extremely rude. After escalating the issue to Sears customer service, they agreed to refund me and pick up the faulty refrigerator. However, they have rescheduled the pick-up multiple times and won't process my refund until the item is returned. My main request is for Sears to collect the fridge and refund my money promptly. I had to purchase a new fridge as waiting for 4 months without one was unreasonable.

I bought a refrigerator on September 21, [redacted], from Sears Hometown #[redacted] in Sheridan, Wyoming, with salescheck# [redacted]69. It started having issues right away. After two unsuccessful repair attempts, Sears agreed to collect the malfunctioning fridge and issue a refund. My Case ID is [redacted], Auth Code 8[redacted]8. I was informed via email that the pick-up was arranged for January 11, [redacted]. Despite receiving a three-day and one-day notice, they didn't arrive. The pick-up was rescheduled for February 1, [redacted]. Again, I received notifications but no pick-up. Now, they have rescheduled it for February 22, [redacted]. I've wasted two full days waiting. This situation has been a waste of my time and money. Will Sears Hometown compensate me for lost wages due to their no-shows? Considering their current bankruptcy status, it's doubtful. What I urgently require is for Sears to uphold the pick-up and refund agreement promptly.

Order #[redacted]65 I placed an order for a Shark NV360 deluxe vacuum priced at $[redacted].99 from Sears Marketplace seller eBuzz. However, I received a Shark CU512 vacuum valued at $97 from a WALMART delivery. This is the second time a Sears vendor, eBuzz, has sent me a cheaper item that is not the one I ordered. I wish to return the Shark CU512 vacuum. The shipping status still shows as pending, with an expected arrival date of February 13th. I am uncertain if this is related to the correct vacuum. (Edit: no other deliveries have been received.) I refuse to keep an item acquired through deceptive practices. I request that return shipping fees be covered. Moreover, I am no longer interested in the Shark NV360 vacuum and will no longer purchase from Sears third-party marketplace sellers. Thank you, D.S.

I am displeased with the mishandling of my wife's new refrigerator delivery. Despite the refrigerator being smaller than our front door's width, the delivery team claimed it wouldn't fit. They hurriedly explained they only had 10 minutes for delivery, and disregarded my suggestions on where to place the appliance. The lack of care and attention demonstrated by the delivery personnel resulted in the refrigerator being left in our garage instead of its intended spot. I request for a follow-up visit to rectify this situation promptly. Sincerely, S. Kurt Jocoy

Hello Sears, I placed an order approximately 10 hours ago for a "Contec BABYSOUND A Pocket Prenatal Fetal Doppler, Baby Heart Beat Monitor, LCD, Free 1 GEL" from my [redacted] account. The order total was $10.80. Unfortunately, my card was double-charged, totaling $21 being deducted from my account. I am unable to locate the order in the "My Orders" section, only the duplicate charge is visible. I am seeking a refund for the excess charge, and this issue has caused inconvenience. I have receipts as evidence.

I made a purchase (# [redacted]84) for a washer, but the item received does not match the description, and it appears to have been previously used as there is water inside. Upon requesting a return, the seller denied it. I have provided detailed explanations and photos showing the discrepancy regarding the washer's capacity of 7kg or 15.5 lb, but have not received a response yet. As the seller does not have a custom return policy, I am following Sears' return policy. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, Elyanora

We bought the Garden Oasis Harrison 7-piece dining set in January and are currently assembling it. The order number is [redacted]98. There are two screws that attach the chair seats to the frame, and unfortunately, they are almost completely stripped. Out of the six chairs, only two were assembled correctly. The screws did not fully tighten on the other four chairs, leaving a noticeable gap between the seat and the frame. I am worried that if a guest sits on them, the chair could break, causing an injury. I have photos available if you would like to see them. I would appreciate receiving replacement chairs for the four that are not secure.

In November [redacted], my LG washer, bought from Sears, stopped working. It was a challenge to get someone to check it, but eventually, we were informed that the "stator and RPS sensor were bad", covered by warranty. As it would take time to receive the part and we were leaving for a few months, we scheduled the repair for today upon our return. However, the repair technician called saying he wasn't informed about the warranty and wanted to charge $99 for an assessment. We are in need of the part and service. Wondering what our next step should be. Considering canceling the service call.

I arranged a repair for my oven at [redacted] Ingham Road Owings Mills, MD [redacted]. The stove never had a gas leak before contacting Sears. After the first technician's visit, my house smelled of gas all day, creating an emergency. I had great difficulty reaching customer service and had to call numerous times before getting assistance. Unfortunately, my concern was not taken seriously, and I had to endure a gas leak for over 24 hours due to the first technician's negligence. The second technician revealed that the initial repair was faulty, causing the gas leak. New parts were needed, and it took over a week for the third technician to return. Although the third technician found no gas leak, I could still smell it. Upon payment request, I refused as I believed it was the first technician’s fault. When retested, the stove was still leaking gas and had to be dismantled, leaving me without a stove. I paid $[redacted] for unsatisfactory service and an unresolved repair issue. Urgent assistance is required as I demand a full refund for the demonstrated negligence. Contact me at [redacted].

Sears, I had a repair scheduled for my oven at [redacted] Ingham Road Owings Mills, MD [redacted]. The first technician left my house with a gas leak that wasn't there before. Despite contacting customer service numerous times, I couldn't get help, and I had to live with the gas leak for more than ** hours. The second technician said the first one caused the leak due to negligence. New parts were needed, leading to a week's wait for the third technician. The third technician initially said the stove was fine, but I still smelled gas. When retested, it was still leaking. The stove had to be completely disassembled, leaving me without a stove. I believe the first technician's mistake is why I'm in this situation. I paid $*** for a repair that wasn't done properly. I'm requesting a full refund of around $[redacted] for the poor service. Please contact me immediately regarding this urgent safety issue. I am very disappointed with Sears and will not use their services or products in the future. Best,

Hello, A while back, we ordered a refrigerator part which was a filter. However, we cancelled the subscription. Nevertheless, we recently received another part. Despite informing a representative that our old fridge was replaced, we are still receiving parts. I have been attempting to contact customer service for three days but keep getting directed to the automated system. The system advises visiting searsparts.com to manage subscriptions, but I am unable to log in, even after requesting a new password. Interestingly, I managed to log in using a wrong email address via Google, although you send emails to my correct address. I seek assistance from a live representative to return the unwanted part and ensure the cancellation of this subscription, which we previously cancelled.
