My name is Linda Collins, and I placed order number [redacted]. I've been trying to get details on returning items for two weeks now through emails. I was promised a response within 48 hours, which seemed fair to me. Unfortunately, I haven't received any communication yet. I'm currently on hold, trying to get in touch with someone, and have also left messages for a call back. I understand it's a busy season, but I'm still hoping to resolve this soon.
