I canceled my Scentbird subscription in October [redacted]. I was informed by Valentine that I would still receive the November delivery as it was already processed, but it would be my final one. However, to my surprise, I recently received another package on 12/13/19 that I did not request. I am not interested in it as the scents do not suit me. I cannot continue to pay the monthly fee for products I do not want. I have found it challenging to reach out to the company for assistance, which has been frustrating. I reached out to someone at Stella Service who assured me they would forward my complaint to Scentbird for resolution.

I recently subscribed and placed an order for Prada Candy perfume. However, upon receiving my package today, I found that I received 2 items, only one of which was on my list, while the other was unfamiliar to me. It has been around 3 weeks since I signed up, and the delivery should not have taken this long. I was mainly interested in receiving the Prada Candy perfume, which was the reason I signed up. I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive the correct item promptly. Thank you and God Bless!

I had a problem with Scentbird. They sent me a damaged item, it was difficult to cancel, two of my orders were missing, the prices are too high, and the perfume this month leaked, which made me upset. I am considering legal action but unsure about the cost. It's frustrating as a small business owner with no phone support available. I am extremely dissatisfied. Kristen B.

I signed up for Scentbird and paid only the $3 shipping for my first order. My second order was supposed to be $13.95, but my credit card was charged $87 today without explanation. This caused other checks to bounce, resulting in a $30 fee each time. Please refund my account and cancel my subscription. Hello. I'm Melanie M. I re-enrolled in Scentbird to enjoy the 25% off offer on my next order. I selected Vanilla Vibes by Juliette Has a Gun for my December queue. Upon signing up for PayPal payments, I was charged the full monthly subscription fee of $14.95, including tax, immediately instead of the expected date of January 5, [redacted]. Surprisingly, this charge went through on an account that was already negative, resulting in a $25 overdraft fee. As a consequence, my overdraft privileges have been revoked. I placed an order with your company on December 26, [redacted]. However, I have been experiencing trouble accessing my account. It seems that all my information is incorrect as I am unable to receive any emails or log in successfully. My email address is supposed to be ([redacted]) and I believe my password is: jbcoleman2019. I have attempted to contact someone via email in order to rectify this issue and update my information, but have not had any luck so far.

I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding a double charge on my debit card. Though I was promised a refund for both $14.95 charges, I have only received one credit so far. I have not received any perfume from your company. After cancelling the subscriptions with a representative who confirmed three subscriptions were mistakenly in my name, the charges still went through. Please promptly refund the remaining $14.95 to my account ending in [redacted] under the name Kent Gautreau. Thank you.

I have canceled my subscription for the past 2 months, but I continue to receive new fragrances despite being assured that it was canceled. Last month, I thought the issue was resolved when you confirmed the cancellation. However, to my surprise, last night my card was charged over $15. I request a refund for this charge and I do not wish to receive any more fragrances. I have canceled multiple times, yet you keep deducting money from my account. I recently requested a free sample from Scentbird. Unfortunately, due to a hospital stay, I forgot to cancel the subscription. Despite sending two emails to cancel, I have not received any response. I urgently need the subscription canceled and a detailed list of charges aside from the sample. I am eager to hear back within 24 hours. While I don't have an account number, your company does not include invoices or a customer service phone number with the products, making it difficult to reach you. I have been overcharged multiple times, including an extra seven dollars on my monthly subscription. Despite my efforts to contact the company, I have not received any assistance. I am extremely frustrated with Scentbird and will not be recommending it to anyone. This experience has been terrible, and I hope the company can resolve the overcharging issue promptly.

I signed up for Scentbird last night without realizing the issues with the company. I subscribed to the $14.99 per month plan, but I got charged three different times: $38.12, $20.25, and $12.88. I don't understand how I signed up for one month and got charged thrice. Even the $15 subscription was overcharged. I've tried contacting customer service but have had no luck speaking to a representative. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. I won't recommend Scentbird to anyone. It's frustrating to be overcharged and then not be able to reach anyone to resolve the issue. I want my subscription canceled and the extra charges of $33 and $22 refunded. The situation is unfair, and I expect a prompt response. I'll be constantly checking my email for a resolution.

Scentbird has charged my checking account for the past three months even after I canceled my subscription. Unfortunately, they do not provide a phone number for direct contact with a representative. I am frustrated and upset by the unauthorized charges totaling $48.21 over the past three months. Scentbird withdrew $16.07 on 02/05/[redacted], 11/27/[redacted], and 09/27/[redacted] after I had canceled. I need the company to refund this money promptly. This situation has caused me financial strain as I live paycheck to paycheck to support my family. Scentbird's actions are unethical, and I feel compelled to explore legal options if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I requested the cancellation of my order, but I never received any confirmation from your company. I tried to cancel it online, but now I see charges on my account. I initiated my subscription in early January and was aware that shipments typically occur mid-month. Patiently waiting, by January 20th, I began checking for my order status, consistently seeing it as "processing." Rolling into February, I hadn't received my January order, now delayed until February. Although no further charges were incurred for the month, it is concerning that my order, expected in January, is still pending. On February 23rd, my order status remains "processing." Despite positive feedback about Scentbird from acquaintances, the delay in receiving my initial subscription is perplexing. Regrettably, no communication has reached me, providing insight or updates on this issue.

Hello, I unsubscribed from Scentbird about 2 months ago. I noticed today on my online banking account that I was charged twice last week - once for $16 and once for $27. I have enough samples and do not want to receive more, which is why I unsubscribed. I would like a refund for the charges made to my bank account. Additionally, please remove my card information from your system and ensure that my card is not charged again in the future. Thank you.

I need to cancel my Scentbird subscription. They keep charging my account despite my attempts to stop it. I have some family issues and cannot afford these charges. I cancelled my account previously because it was not delivering my perfume orders. I updated my address due to a breakup, but I noticed charges on my account for products I haven't received. I want a refund of $14.95 taken from my account today. It seems like someone might be accessing my account without authorization.
