I submitted a ticket for a defective graphics card the Monday before Christmas. Unfortunately, my card has failed, and I have not received any feedback or assistance on how to resolve the issue. As a result, I will need to purchase a replacement graphics card. If my card is still under warranty, could I be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement so I can continue working? This experience has made me hesitant to buy hardware from overseas again due to the non-existent customer service.
