I hope this message reaches you in good health. I am reaching out regarding the SPW-C1405DXHN8 system with serial number [redacted] and production date of 14/5/[redacted], which was installed in Crete in [redacted]. I am encountering some issues that require attention to ensure the proper functionality of the air conditioning unit. Specifically, I believe the motherboard needs to be replaced. I kindly request information on the availability and cost of the motherboard.
