Hello,
I recently installed either the VMF720-B2 or S2 wall mount for my Samsung TV model number: LE40R74BD. The TV weighs approximately 19KG and is 40" in size. I attached the mount to a block wall following the instruction manual. However, I encountered an issue with the "securement screw" not tightening properly, resulting in the TV being slightly crooked due to movement. I believe the metal plate the securement screw attaches to may need to be replaced, as the threads are not providing a secure hold. Any assistance you can provide would be highly valued. Thank you.
