Hello, my name is Mohamed, and I am reaching out for assistance because I am unable to access my flash drive. I attempted to disable Bitlocker on my USB drive which holds all my essential data. However, an error occurred, and the process could not be completed. Subsequently, when I tried to enter my password, it no longer worked, and unfortunately, I do not have the recovery key. Despite searching extensively, including checking my Microsoft email account, I have been unable to locate the key. Microsoft support recommended that I contact you as the manufacturer of my SanDisk Ultra Fit 128GB flash drive to address this issue.

I recently bought the SDSSDA-1T00-G26 SSD Plus to upgrade from my older Western Digital hard drive. I attempted to clone it using Acronis True Image from Western Digital, but encountered difficulties with the software recognizing the SSD. After a long processing time of over a day, I replaced the old hard drive with the new SSD, only to find it not working. Subsequent attempts to re-clone it failed as the SSD was not recognized. Whenever I plugged it in via USB, it seemed to start running and prevented me from accessing it. I fear that the SSD may be corrupted. Can it be repaired? I am unsure how to proceed. Thank you. Nick

I have a SanDisk Clip Jam and a SanDisk Sport Go that are functioning properly. However, I am having difficulty charging them without using a computer. I've tried connecting the charge cord to the device and then plugging the USB end to a phone charger, as suggested in various sources. Unfortunately, when I attempt this with multiple phone chargers, the devices power up instead of entering charging or transfer mode. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

I have been a loyal user of SanDisk USB sticks for many years, mainly the Cruzer Glide models. I am now in need of detailed information on all your USB sticks regarding:
1. Which models have built-in LEDs and which do not.
2. The formatting specifications.
This information is crucial as I recently purchased four 522GB USB sticks several months ago that are currently not working on my systems running Kubuntu 22.04 and KNOPPIX 9.1 with additional software installed. Gparted is giving red warning signals, and I am unable to create usable partitions using either msdos or gpt partition tables. Other tools are also unsuccessful in working with these USB sticks. The issues arose when partclone failed to copy from one USB to another.

I recently bought a SanDisk Ultra [redacted] GB Dual Type-C USB 3.1 Flash Drive in Silver. Before purchasing it, I verified its compatibility with my Moto G8 Power phone and Lenovo Dual Chromebook based on information from you. After receiving the flash drive, I followed the instructions on the packaging and downloaded the recommended program. Unfortunately, neither of my devices can recognize the USB drive for data transfer. The supplier won't provide a refund as they tested it on other phone brands and found it working, so it doesn't qualify as defective under the guarantee terms. I've been a loyal Sandisk customer for years and this is the first time I've had an issue like this.

The font size for the setup instructions is too small, even with a magnifier. I didn't want Windows 11, but it downloaded instead of Windows 10, which is frustrating. I'm not enjoying the product (SanDisk Portable SSD 480GB) as I am not technical, and I had a professional install the hard drive. I am unable to use the computer, which is unacceptable. I received a message about an email that would be sent, but my email is not set up yet. This whole situation is not leaving a good impression on me.

Hello, I recently bought a GoPro with the 64 GB extreme card upgrade. I received the camera and the card, but unfortunately, I am facing issues formatting the card in the GoPro. When I tried to format it on my PC, the file explorer kept crashing, preventing me from formatting it there as well. Even my DSLR camera doesn't seem to work well with this card. GoPro support redirected me here for further assistance. I would greatly appreciate a replacement for the faulty card. Since it was an additional purchase with the camera, I am unsure how a refund would be handled. Thank you in advance for your help, I am hopeful that we can come to a satisfactory solution.

I recently finished an online course and needed to download some videos. I bought a SanDisk USB 128GB Memory Stick from a shop at East Midlands Airport, UK, for around £21. Everything was going smoothly as I started downloading and renaming the videos. However, halfway through, a message popped up on my laptop saying the USB stick wasn't recognized. I had a 16 GB pen drive with photos and videos that I wanted to transfer to a new SanDisk 32 GB pen drive. When I tried to copy the data, it was not transferring over. I could successfully transfer the data to another pen drive and my desktop, as well as to an older SanDisk pen drive. However, the new SanDisk pen drive kept showing an error message about the file being too long. I returned it to the store and got a replacement, but the same issue occurred with the new one. I'm not sure what to do next.

I wanted to share an email I sent to [redacted] regarding my SanDisk Ultra 16GB Micro SD HC1 card. I recently got a High Endurance Card 64GB with a free Rescue Pro Deluxe program download, which is working fine. However, the 16GB card is not reading or opening. I tried using Rescue Pro Deluxe to read and reformat it without success. Other cards work without issues. When I insert this specific card into the PC, it is not recognized, and the Rescue Pro Deluxe program stops responding. I don't need the files on the card, so that's not a concern. I'm unsure where or when I got this card, most likely at Micro.
The reply email from Daniel Shimkus at Sales and Software Support mentioned that there might be an internal issue with the card and suggested contacting SanDisk for a replacement.
I'd appreciate any further suggestions to make the card usable.

I recently purchased a C type OTG pen drive (64GB) but have been unable to connect it to any device. When connected, only the external adapter is displayed. I have contacted your support system multiple times via email but my issue remains unresolved. When asked for more information, I have provided the following details:
- The dual drive is only showing charging, not recognized.
- Other devices work fine with the same PC using the OTG adapter.
- The drive did not work on other devices/computers.
- My computer runs on Windows 10 & 11.
- I have attempted formatting the dual drive in FAT32, but it did not resolve the issue.
I am hoping for a prompt resolution to my problem and request an RMA number.

I have a USB/C flash drive with lots of important pictures and contacts that I need to transfer to my iPhone 13 using a lightning camera adapter. I haven't been able to access them for almost a year. My friends in Mexico have no way to reach me because I have a new number and lost all my contacts. I am worried they might think something happened to me. I am seeking urgent assistance as I have encountered an issue with my brand-new SanDisk IXpand flash drive. This 256GB device was functioning correctly while transferring a large number of photos from my phone, approximately 47,[redacted], until it became unresponsive today. The transfer process appears to halt at 6,[redacted] remaining photos with a message indicating the drive is full and unable to complete the operation. I rely on a [redacted] GB SD card for my film editing business. Recently, I encountered an issue where both my camera and laptop stated that the format was unreadable. Despite this, I could see my footage on the camera, just not access it. After spending $[redacted] on Disk Drill and Stellar Recovery, I managed to recover my files to my desktop. To ensure its authenticity, I am currently testing it with H2Testw which is showing a write speed of 35.7 MB/s. This speed appears significantly low to me.
