I need help reaching out to Salomon regarding my issue with not receiving any promotional discount emails through their loyalty program. While at the store, a sales assistant tried to assist me with no success. I was directed to call the number on their website, but it connected me to a US number, making me concerned about excessive charges for the call. I am looking for a way to contact Salomon from Canada without incurring high phone bills.

When I was looking for trail walking shoes, I noticed a lack of options from Indian brands. As India places more emphasis on fitness, the demand for sports shoes has risen significantly. Many of my friends and I often purchase shoes and sportswear abroad due to the limited variety available locally. Given your reputation for high-quality shoes at competitive prices, opening stores in India would likely be well-received. Starting in cities like Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai before expanding to Chennai and Kolkata would be a good strategy. The affordability of products in these cities can lead to successful sales for your brand. This is merely a suggestion, and I believe conducting market research could confirm the potential success of such a move.

I purchased a pair of Salomon Quest 4D 2 GTX hiking boots last summer. Due to medical issues, I haven't used them much. The tread is like new, but the right boot is squeaking and the sole is separating. These boots are supposedly under a two-year warranty for normal use, but I have only worn them for less than 15 miles, mainly indoors or to the store. I hope Salomon can replace them as they were expensive and are not meeting my expectations. If not, I will have to go back to using my reliable Asolo boots, which have lasted me over 5 years without any issues. The only reason I retire my Asolo boots is when the tread wears out, not because of other problems. Thank you.

I recently bought a pair of Salomon XA PRO 3D shoes and while I'm satisfied with the comfort and quality of the upper materials and laces, the soles have deteriorated rapidly. The outer soles of both shoes have completely fallen apart, specifically at the joint where two different materials meet. This has exposed the softer cushioning material inside the sole. I'm surprised that the shoes wore out so quickly in under a year. I have been a loyal Salomon customer with 3 other pairs of their shoes. I'm not looking for a refund but simply wish to have the shoes replaced. Unfortunately, the store where I purchased them, Mountain Designs, has closed down, so I am reaching out to Salomon directly for assistance. Thank you, Craig

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal customer of yours for the past 10 years. I truly appreciate the quality of your products, particularly your shoes. Whenever I need to replace a pair, I always turn to the Salomon brand first. However, I am writing to express my disappointment today. In August [redacted], I purchased a pair of XA Pro 3D Ultra 2 GTX shoes, which are not inexpensive by sneaker standards. Although I didn't wear them frequently in the first two years, they have started to deteriorate in the last two years with moderate use. The sole is separating, and the shoes are almost unwearable now. This is quite unexpected as my previous Salomon shoes have endured much more wear over a longer period without issues. Hello, I bought the Salomon Quest 4D GTX boots around 6 months ago. This is my third pair, and I truly enjoy wearing them. However, I encountered an issue with the right boot where a hole developed on the outside of the foot below the lace attachment point. I didn't wear them extensively during the winter. Hello, I purchased a pair of Salomon S Goretex boots from the Blacks Store in Chester, UK in the summer of [redacted]. I have owned them for approximately 10 months since buying them for a trip to Canada in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, the Goretex on each boot has come apart on the side of the feet, revealing the underlying material and causing them to no longer be waterproof. Given the quality of these boots and the recommendation I received, I did not expect this issue to occur so soon. While I cannot locate my receipt, a friend who also buys Salomon boots suggested reaching out to the company due to a potential fault. I have properly maintained and waterproofed the boots as advised. I had hoped these boots would last at least a couple of years and would appreciate a replacement pair. I bought a pair of your goretex walking shoes on the 1/10/18 following recommendations from fellow walkers. I purchased them in Skipton, Yorkshire, at Blacks while on a weekend trip. Returning them to the store is challenging as it's an hour away from my home in Chorley, Lancashire. I've worn them approximately 50 times due to owning another pair of summer walking shoes and a recent knee injury affecting my walking routine. Despite minimal wear, a hole has developed near the great toe on the right foot, causing water leakage. I've been unsuccessful in locating a return address.
